Abby is the hearing department is Awesome. She has helped me for six years now. I travel and Abby mails me supplies for my hearing aids. Highly recommend this Sam's Club.

The pick up service is a mess. App doesn't work, you try to call the store and wait for 30 minutes on hold just for them to hang up. BUT Mary Ann, the manager did everything she could to fix the situation. Get bad for her. Working her tail off. Sam's needs to hire more people like her.
