Logan came by today and replaced the windshield on my company van. Extremely professional. He was scheduled to be here from 12-5. He called right after 8 and let me know it would be closer to 12:00-2PM. Then we spoke again and he ended up making it before 11:30. Very timely. He had the job done in under an hour. He also let me know that since the windshield did not include a rear view mirror bracket, that they would install mine free of charge on the new windshield at their office any time. Very helpful and very good at his job. Give the man a raise!

Brian did the best windshield install I have seen in some time!
I can't say enough about his attention to detail having the proper tools and even the clips needed for the trim molding!
I am a 25 year certified ASE Master Auto Technician so I know a good windshield install when I see one (most are not-China glass no removal of old adhesive just adding a thin layer over the old) When you see an accident where the windshield is laying on the street that is one of those. The airbag uses the glass (which has a plastic core so it does not shatter) to provide a base for the airbag without it you will suffer more injuries. I am glad Safelite does it right, like so many vehicle accidents with bald tires and poor or non-existent maintenance its not really a "accident" If it had a professionally replaced windshield like Brian did for me, decent brakes and tires if god forbid you are the other vehicle maybe YOU get to walk away. USE SAFELITE ONLY I know of no other glass company you can really trust will do it correctly. They also do the ADAS calibrations, which I can nearly guarantee the guy with the glass rack in the back of his pickup truck can not. I have seen poor windshield installs create leaks you cannot see and allow water onto electronics that can be very very costly to replace plus once that leak is found guess what? You will also need ANOTHER windshield do it right the first time.

Poor quality of glass that they use. Had crack in windshield from Rock. Within a few months it had another crack from a hickory nut falling from a tree. Few months later another rock hit the glass and has a crack then it started cracking on opposite side of windshield for no reason.

5 star service! Booked an appointment for windshield repair at my home. Jose came out the next day. Was fast and friendly! Done in 15 minutes. He even cleaned all my windows. Above and beyond service! We could hardly see where the chip was once he was finished. Highly recommend!!

No one likes to have pits or cracks in their windshield but Safelite makes getting those repaired easy. The AI phone assistant is annoying so making the appointment online is the way to go. Isaias was the technician that replaced my windshield from the convenience of my workplace parking lot — he did a thorough job and my windshield and stickers were perfect in a matter of an hour!

Safelite allegedly ordered my replacement window for my jeep two weeks ago. I’m still waiting on them. I visited them to put a crash wrap at that time. I had a fifty mile journey home and the crash wrap flew off just ten miles into my journey. I had to repair myself with plastic and duck tape. Not impressed with this service.

I will never use a company I can't talk to someone. Your stupid automated system lost you a customer.

My windshield had a rock hit it on the way to visit family. I’d say they had me scheduled in a very timely manner and were very professional.
