Just bought an RV here, and it was the best damn transaction I've ever made. They were friendly, helpful, considerate, animal friendly. They walked me through the RV step by step and showed me everything.they delivered it to my home, and made sure everything was alright. If your looking to purchase and RV, you can't beat thier prices. Do yourself a favor and shop RV station..

We couldn’t be happier with the service we just received on our fifth wheel. We’re on our third camper, so we’ve had our share of nightmare experiences with service departments. This was by far the best experience we have ever had.Josh, Liz and their team went above and beyond to get a long list of warranty items addressed. We also had them take care of the yearly maintenance. We were shocked when Josh called after only having the camper for three days letting us know we could come pick it up. Thank you Josh, Liz and everyone who helped to get us back up and running. We’re thrilled to know we have a team we can count on in the future!

Please please do not go here. I paid in full for a camper less than two months ago and have had nothing but issues since. From faulty equipment to a leaking roof.The office people are very kind, it was when I received a call from the owner, Cannon, that I realized I had made a grave mistake purchasing from his business. He met my issues with hostility and attempted to gaslight me through telling me the amount of campers he sells/month, businesses he owns, and the amount of lawyers he knows.You will not be met with respect and patience.Please do your research.

Had several minor issues with my 4 month old KZ Duramgo and the service team at RV Station Tyler did an Excelent job of getting every thing done in one day. In at 8:30am out by 4:00 pm. Ask for David, the Service Manager.I strongly recommend shopping with these folks when you are interested in purchasing a RV & when needing repairs.

I took my RV in for a few minor issues to be addressed before my 12 month warranty ran out. Took forever to get it back. (Was told it was ready and has been ready. Service guy "thought" he had called me). The issues were fixed, but then there were other issues that were not an issue before I took it in. My outside speakers not working (they worked before). My hot water heater no longer works on electric, and my foot flush now opens before the water starts to flow, preventing you from filling the toilet with water. I will never buy from, or use RV Station again. You can't blame the pandemic for everything.

After shopping all day yesterday at other rv places in Tyler with horrible customer service it was exhausting! Get to rv station in Tyler the next day at 10 am and it was like a breath of fresh air. Great customer service, stress free and by Lunch we were leaving with a new rv with smiles on our face. Thank you rv station! The whole team is great!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable on our 2020 Keystone Montana High Country.. They explained everything during the process. The tech inspected the unit made sure everything worked before it was delivered. On arrival they arranged the RV on the pad just where the wife wanted it. They took their time making sure everything was level and solid. During final walk through everything was explained and how it worked. My experience with RV station was excellent 5 star. To all that help the wife and I through this purchase and setup we thank you.Ben and Lynn H.

My husband and I have bought numerous campers over the years from several dealerships. We have had absolutely awful sales and service in the East Texas area in the past (Ex: we took our brand new 45' Sandpiper into Tyler RV where we purchased it from for warranty repair and they lost our camper some how and didn't find it until the garbage truck driver announced they had taken the end cap off it off with their truck, it was constant calling and going up there to go over the repairs, find our camper, it took almost 6 months for us to get them to get the parts and get it fixed). ExploreUSA is typical corporate feel, it’s hard to reach a person and when you do, good luck getting a response or follow up call. They sell quick, but after that, good luck!RV Station of Tyler has been the most efficient and pleasant RV dealership we have ever purchased through by far. We give accolades of thanks to your team for their efficiency and follow through. Every camper we have brought back in for warranty repair, they follow up status reports, parts are ordered, they call us when it is done. I know these things seem like traditional customer service, but I assure you this is a lost concept in the Tyler RV industry aside from your location. We are very thankful for your team and their effort to provide customer care and address all issues. They go above and beyond, and we are beyond thankful to them and wanted to share with you. After so very many disappointing and aggravating situations with other dealers (from custom ordered campers that they lost our order on, to repair issues), every time we deal with RV Station it is so refreshing to hear back, to hear it is taken care of, and how quickly it is back up and ready for the next adventure. We just want to enjoy our asset and RV Station makes that happen. The whole team from the moment you walk in, to the repair team are nothing short of great. The sales team finds what we want and have us in and out in no time and the support staff keeps our camper up and on the go as promptly as possible and we thank you for ensuring a competent staff that keeps us all "happy campers" lol!

RV Station was the dealer we selected for warranty service on our Keystone travel trailer. From the first time I went in to meet the team, they have always been friendly, professional and responsive to all my questions and requests. Shout out to David and Elizabeth for their shepherding of the repairs on our rig. We will come back to RV Station in Tyler when it’s time to trade in. Check these guys out, you won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. There are multiple RV dealerships/service places in east TX, RV Station is hands-down the best of the best. David and Elizabeth went above and beyond customer service and I’m thankful to be a long-time customer.
