It was nice to reconnect with Rick Murphy and his incredible staff. Customer Service was over-the-top from the business that has been doing it for the longest time in Tyler. What a great experience! The same person took care of me every time I went in. I took my watches in to make sure the batteries were good and everything was right with them. I was taken care of quickly, professionally, and at a GREAT price. One watch needed to be sent out and basically reconditioned. It cost me more than what I paid for the watch, but it is important to me. I got it back today and couldn't be happier with it. So well worth it. I don't think they understand how happy I was to get it back and how wonderful it looks. Thank you so much.

Very bad experience with a jewelry cleaner and couldn't helped me fix the problem she told me was for all jewelry and mess up my bracelet.Very bad customer service. Will never go back!

I had my wedding ring soldered together they did an amazing job and such a reasonable price. 2 months after I got married I did something and my rings were out of wack I took it back to them and they had it fixed very quickly and still at a great price! I have found my new primary jewelry!Thank you guys y’all are rock stars!! Helped make my special day less stressful and keep the symbol of my love for my husband and beautiful!

Would find different jewelers to fix Rolex watches. They send off - not to Rolex and don’t stand behind the work. Also had a Tiffany necklace repair done with a new knockoff clasp that broke and doesn’t work. Go elsewhere.First - I never said I left the crown unscrewed. What was said is that I have owned this watch for over 20 years, swimming, diving in and out of water for all those years - no issues. You repair the crown and stem which if not repaired correctly will cause water damage. Confirmed by Rolex and other dealers that represent Rolex. Small Claims Court will ultimately rule on a repair that was not done correctly.As to the repair on the Tiffany necklace - send in by my wife.

Ive heard of Murphey the Jewelers from my mother and there reputation of being one of the best jewelers in Tyler. I needed a gift for a friend and the lady that helped me treated me like I was the only person there she was so nice and helped me find everything I need (even on a budget) Highly recommend.
