What a dump. They checked in all these guests and they have no hot water for two days. And there's excuse was they didn't have an engineer will you call a plumber. I haven't had to take a cold shower in 40 years how dare they. The ice machine on the first floor is broken. Run run run from this dump. stay at the Fairfield Inn and suite across the street much nicer and a much nicer staff. How dare they check all these people in knowing they had no hot water for them to shower with

The hotel was clean but the little details in the room were distracting and disappointing. A broken lamp we couldn’t turn off at night and the edging of the table top missing. My wife felt the sheets were not thoroughly dried, a common problem when we stayed here. The breakfast was also a little disappointing, especially the left over & reheated oatmeal and eggs that must have been powdered. The coffee was great.

Stayed here multiple times for business trips. Nice rooms and good customer service but TVs and WiFi are TRASH! I only use YouTube and Netflix for my entertainment. Logging in took forever and playing a video takes forever to load and play through completely without a ton of buffering. Even using the remote to navigate was a total chore it barely responded! Ended up buying an Amazon Fire Stick to watch anything and setting it up was a nightmare because of the hotels tv setup. And this was in multiple rooms for every single one of my stays here. As of writing this I’m using my phone to watch things and just gaming.

It would have been a 5 star. However, the indoor pool was bad. It was very cloudy and felt like we were swimming in bleach. Eyes burned. Smelld super strong like all they did was pour a couple bottles of bleach in it. Otherwise nice place.

Great hotel but the rooms need more sound proofing. We could hear the people next door throwing up all night and the person above stomping. Staff are great and try to do everything they can for you. The amenities are awesome. Need less chlorine in the pool though it burns the kids eyes.
Rooms: Rooms need some sound proofing and ac needs recharge. Comes with rv size fridge, stove top and dish washer with dishes and silverware.
Nearby activities: Shopping, outdoorsy activities, eating.
Safety: Lit parking lot and most doors require a keycard to use.
Walkability: Not walkable.
Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants on the road it is on.

Great place to stay, but their Streaming TV never works. I stayed a few months back, and it was the same issue. I think they just do not want to pay the extra or they do not care about it.

Our electricity went out so we book a room for the night at about 1:30pm. The price was $100 higher than their website. Our electricity came on 1 1/2 hours later and they would not refund our money. We have previously stayed there but will not repeat.
Noteworthy details: Great breakfast

Had a wonderful stay there me and my grandson and my husband but as we were packing up and leaving we witness which I believe was the maintenance man get into a Ford edge champagne color he looked around and proceeded to smoke meth in public in his car I was horrified because I didn't want my grandson to see this.

Staying in a virtual ton of hotels I am the guy you want to listen to here. This is a newer hotel in the middle of a bunch of hotels. The rooms are clean and nice for the price.
The bat tender needs to smile once in a while otherwise the staff was great.

Nice, clean hotel. The room was great with a big shower. My only complaint was that the bed was pretty hard.

Not quite as advertised, the bar is closed on weekends, no room service available on the days I was there, a number of items not in working order.
On the positive side the service was better than usual for Tyler and they did their best to accommodate (e.g., they retrieved ice from the kitchen for me as there were no ice machines in working order).

I travel to Tyler frequently for work and I always choose to stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk always greets me with a smile and any time I have needed something they have always been accommodating. The hotel itself is in a great location with plenty of options near by for dinner and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and always clean. It feels like a home away from home! The breakfast is spot on with plenty of options that are all delicious! Last time I stayed, an employee named Savannah was working in the breakfast area. She was extremely helpful and kind. She shared that she was always looking for ways to improve the experience for customers and I believe her efforts have really improved the breakfast experience. The food was wonderfully seasoned and the eggs didn’t taste like your typical powdered eggs. It was amazing and she is doing a fantastic job! I highly recommend a stay here, you won’t regret it!
