Wow! Me and my husband did the level 1 cryotherapy and we feel AMAZING! Shanna was super helpful and informative.We will definitely be going back! I play roller derby and we both play disc golf so this has really helped us with stress on our bodies. Thank you thank you!

I tried cryotherapy for the first time yesterday and LOVED it! Jana was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! I felt energized and finally slept well! I will definitely be making this part of my health and wellness routine!

Ok, I went with my husband to try the localized cryo thing on my elbow which has been hurting and weak for 2 weeks. It hurt like crazy! I had pain in my shoulder when i was done, but they put the localized thing on my shoulder for a bit.My arm felt weird for a few hours after, but this morning it’s better! Not 100%, but i have more strength and less pain than I’ve felt in the past 2 weeks!Absolutely amazing experience.

From the phone call before coming in, to arriving and meeting in person, Jana was amazing. She’s such a good listener and easy to talk to. No sugarcoating, very knowledgeable and eager to help! I just did one cryo chamber today and it was an experience. I scheduled a cryoslim appointment and she answered all my questions. Will more than likely do the monthly membership, and will get to know all of the staff very well over the next few months! Lol. Cryotherapy is my new fav type of therapy, Thanks to Jana!

My experience was surprisingly amazing! I've suffered with daily chronic pain from Fibromyalgia for over 20 yrs now. After my very first visit my body felt great! Friendly staff and wonderful service! I would highly recommend it!

First time to try cryotherapy and I feel amazing. I have a tear in my lumbar spine and can already tell a difference with just one treatment. I plan on going twice a week to help with the healing process.

Veey friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The facility is always clean. I have been to this location a number of times and will continue as the prices are reasonable, service is great and treatments are helpful for me.

Yesterday was my first time trying out Cryothearpy and it was amazing. I felt so good after coming out of the chamber. It really helped with my inflammation and pain. The owner was amazing and talked me through the entire session making it easy to make it through the three minutes. Can’t wait to go again.

Yesterday was my first visit to RenewYou in Tyler, as well as my very first cryotherapy session ever. One of the owners greeted me with a smile, walked me through the procedure, and talked me through this new experience. As a cancer survivor, been through 15 surgeries, and diagnosed with fibromyalgia- I look forward to doing another crying session and trying some of the other treatments they offer in efforts to promote healing and a better feeling me. Wish I would have brought my son in sooner. Jana is very friendly and helpful. Christian doesn’t complain about his hamstrings or quads. She was even able to keep my husband calm on his first cryotherapy session. Most definitely will be going back soon!!
