This was a favorite store of mine for years, but over the last 6 months or so, there have been changes and not for the better! The staff used to be so friendly and helpful, and I always had a pleasant experience. The last three times I visited the store (both locations), the staff was not friendly at all, and on one occasion downright rude. She seemed very upset that I was there and didn't want to get up from her chair to lift a finger. I have bought a LOT of furniture and art here, and have sold some awesome items as well. What a turn for the worse, it's a real shame. Thankfully there are lots of other amazing furniture and consignment shops in town that I will be happy to give my money!

Always fun place to shop. I have furnished most of my home from these two stores. I have also consigned items here. Great people to do business with. My favorite stores in Tyler.

Rega has become a part of a shopping routine for me. It is always evolving and turning over pieces of furniture and decor. I like to meander through stopping from time to time and letting my eyes to help my mind take in all the stuff. Inevitably I will find a treasure! From simple little pieces to accent curtains, a vintage derby hat, to unique and fabulous furniture!It’s such a fun way to shop! If asked where I am going when heading there, I say, “I am going treasure hunting!”

This review is my own, not my wife's! EVERY review here is from the point of view of the consumer, NOT the owner of the furniture/whatever. For the last time in my life I brought Rega significant stuff, my 92 year old Mom died I had been caring for for over a year, For example she had a Double Dresser made by Thomasville with nary a scratch on it, made with heavy pine and a beautiful medium finished that was polished on a regular basis by Mom and reflected that care,...........priced at less than $200. Made me sick to my stomach, so I questioned the owner saying that was not a very respectful price! Her concern was getting a quick sale and move it out. I am contacting Churches today looking for famlies needing support in being moved for one reason or another to give Mom's furniture too, where it will be respected and truly appreciated. Rega will never get another item of mine, if I cannot sell it through various means, then I will give it to people who need it, not to someone making a quick buck off of it to people taking advantage of that business model.

I have established a professional relationship with the staff at Rega of Paris. The manager Chelsea has been so helpful and attentive to all my customer service needs. I am both a Cosigner and Customer for about 1 year and always experience over and beyond customer care. Jonathan one of the staff members has also been helpful and attentive to us. Rega of Paris is fair, honest, and overall caring. Thank you!

Their prices are way too high to be called a consignment shop, but then they list like Kohl's. "Here is this extremely overpriced things with a purple tag. So it is less than you originally saw."I'm not a fan of manipulation.

It was NOT posted that a 4% credit card fee was added to my purchase. I went back in the store to inquire and they would not refund.I would have used cash if fee was disclosed during checkout. Will not go back.
