Exceptional service, I bought a pair of new boots several months ago and always have had trouble with the right boot being much tighter than the left, after having it stretched by a local shoe repair place and wearing it to try to break it in I finally took it back to the Redwing store for them to stretch it and still no difference, at that point the gentleman behind the counter handed me a new pair of boots and took the original pair back to send back to Redwing. I have bought multiple pairs of the same boot from them over the years and have never had a issue but when I did, even after several months they did the right thing. I will never buy a Redwing product from anybody else but The Redwing Store in Tyler TX

I was actually blown away by the service! I grew up in a time when shoe store clerks always fitted the shoes for you, but I haven't seen any establishment do this for probably 40 years! They do that here. I think that's awesome! ? And they are able to provide specialty fitting, unlike most stores. That's very important for wide and or flat footed men which both run in the men of my family

Very happy with my experience at this store! Mike has an amazing skill for customer service!
I bought some lineman boots from another brand and the salesman just used a length measurement to get my boot size. No surprise, they ended up fitting way too tight on my extra wide feet and it was too late to return them by the time I realized this.
Really loved how they test for size, fit, and arch support at this store! Can't wait to get my new boots in!

I was out of town . I bought a pair of red wing rubber steel toe boots over the phone. Due to not having in stk when I would go to store. The gentleman took the time to call me back and process my purchase.
