I had an appointment. The stylist double booked the appointments. I had somewhere else I had to be and I wanted to look nice. Major fail. I travel a half an hour to get to this appointment. I think I should be compensated for my gas and time if Im not at least going to get an apology. Very inconsiderate! I have proof of my appointment on my text messages.

Rebeca Paramo is amazing! She did my daughter’s hair today and it took a little over three hours for highlights and a haircut because she has so much hair. This was her first time to have any kind of high lights and my daughter was very excited as it turned out beautiful. She did an amazing job. Can’t praise her enough. She is a sweet person as well.
