I can't recommend Ramsey Fritz enough! The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the rough idea that I had for my wife's engagement and wedding ring, custom designed them and made them absolutely stunning. As someone who knows very little about jewelry, they inspired great confidence and made the whole experience very comfortable. They worked within the budget that I set when we started and made rings that I know my wife will always cherish!

I have known of Ramsey-Fritz for a while, it being a Tyler staple. Today was the first time I purchased something from this terrific establishment. I was helped immediately, and greeted with friendly smiles and a tremendously warm reception by Amy & LeaAnn. LeaAnn stepped me through my options patiently, explaining in helpful detail each item she displayed, and I walked out of there with the perfect gift for my wife. One of the ladies there, Brandie, I have known for over a decade, and she is top quality as well. I highly recommend Ramsey-Fritz Jewels!

There are lots of jewelers around, but there are few as knowledgeable. Ramsey Fritz has an actual gemologist and frequent appraisal events. AND they have a layaway program so new jewelry needs to be not break the budget! I highly recommend Ramsey Fritz!

I just have to come on here to brag not only about my awesome experience at Ramsey Fritz but Brandie as well. As soon as we walked in the door, Brandie was quick to help us meet all our needs. She found the perfect option for us and was able to go way under our budget! All while being super nice, considering us coming in less than hour before closing. I can not say enough nice things about this owner and her awesome employees. Fellas, if you’re looking to put a ring on it this is the place.

Working at Ramsey Fritz through college, LeaAnn & the store will always have a special place in my heart. With that being said, I didn’t care what my engagement ring looked like. All that I cared about was that it come from Ramsey Fritz. My fiancé (with LeaAnn’s help) truly exceeded anything I could have dreamed of.

Not sure why this business has 1 star, but they are fantastic. I came in needing my jewelry to be cleaned and Diane was so nice and helpful. I'm about 2 hours she cleaned my jewelry (3 pieces) to like-new condition and refused to charge any money for it. And they gave me a cleaning/polishing cloth free. Just to compare, the other jewelry store in Tyler whose name of their business is a woman's name (hint hint), wanted to charge for the cleaning and said it was too busy to do it and might be over a month.... Ummm no. Ramsey Fritz has my future business and will recommend them to anyone who. Wants quality jewelry and first class customer service.

I love my new and redesigned band that LeaAnn brought to life. Walking in to Ramsey Fritz, I knew my current wedding band did not complement a new anniversary band. LeaAnn considered every element of this new combined piece and created my vision which I will forever treasure.

WOW! AMAZING!!! Your first and last stop for the “perfect “ ring. I never had a jeweler ask me if I tried anything other than what I thought I wanted ~ most just want to make a sale. LeaAnn is the most experienced, knowledgeable person about what cut of diamond & style looks best on your finger.. Her network for finding the perfect diamond with her years & experience in the business is impeccable. My 20 year anniversary ring was created from scratch through her expertise and my husband’s desire to “wow” me, with the perfect ring and LeaAnn certainly accomplished that!

Ramsey Fritz designed the ring of my dreams! My fiancee has told me that the shopping and design process with Leaann was not only stress-free, but that she made it fun!The team at Ramsey Fritz helped him navigate my Pinterest board, dealt with LOTS of changes, adjustments, additions, etc until it was absolutely perfect. Obviously, lots of girls dream about the "perfect" ring - I am shaken that what Ramsey Fritz produced somehow surpassed my wildest dreams.After the ring design process, they even took the time to walk me through the insurance process, care instructions, a cleaning regimen, everything I needed to take care of my new treasure.The care, warmth, and passion for what they do is evident.
