Messaged Eric about fixing my PS3,even though he didn't take it in because he couldn't promise if it would be fixed or how long it would stay fixed(due to age of the hardware) he gave me some helpful information on how to fix it myself if I wanted and even offered his help in doing so.

Great experience with thorough assistance. Small business based out of his home, which gave it a personal touch. Website says he will also come to you if needed. He had the best prices in town and was willing to assist with anything 24/7. Was able to get in and out right away, unlike the storefront locations which wanted me to wait 3-5 days

I built my own pc, so I’m pretty tech savvy, but it was giving me this weird noise. Eric was able to help me diagnose the issues within 10 minutes of talking with him! Highly recommend!!

This is a rip off ! I called several computer repair places and was told over the phone they could not repair a hardware issue with my hp laptop. This person; however, told me he had an associate that likely could and he would take it to him and expedite the repair. He said I'd get faster treatment being a b2b situation. My husband took my laptop to him presumably to just drop off and all he did was make a phone call (to this associate) who told him he could NOT repair it and it could damage it further if he tried. He charged $45 for wasting my husbands time. He then tells my husband he can find me another refurbished laptop on Amazon for $350 or so and tried to get me to book another appointment for this service so he could charge me another fee. So, he doesn't do what he told me he'd do, then tries to steer me to a different computer on Amazon. I never asked him to find me a different laptop! I know a bait and switch when I see it. He could have given me his associates phone number so I could have found out over the phone it couldn't be repaired...for free! But he wanted a face to face appointmentI. I can certainly manage to buy another laptop if mine cannot be fixed. Guess he thinks people are that d**** Burn be once...
