Extremely quality repair work in a very timely manner. Wonderful customer service. My only complaint is charging a fee for use of credit cards. I’d prefer to have it built into the price as it’s a cost of doing business. That said, I will continue to use them.

what a dream jeweler! I am thrilled with the knowledge and truly outstanding customer service that I was given while having my ring repaired. I was told (from another jeweler in town) that it would take 6+ weeks and some serious $$$$ to repair. Decided to get a second opinion and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Ring was fixed in less than a week within a reasonable budget, leaving me enough to buy a second band that he also immediately sized.

I took a watch in that had been a gift to my son from his girlfriend. She passed away 7 months ago and this watch meant the world to him. Nobody else in Tyler had been able to fix it but they did. They heard the story and it meant something to them to try and fix it. Wonderful people.
