Arrived and checked in before 4 PM for a drug test, but despite being on time, others who arrived after me and checked in were taken ahead after the lady had talked to other people. I was informed at 4:01 PM that they had stopped taking tests for the day. It's frustrating that they allowed a distraction for just a minute to determine my timeliness & to inconvenience me days worth of paid laboratory work.

It's not the center, it's the app. Made reservations, had to wait two weeks, show up, no reservation.

Every since Quest Diagnostics closed in Longview I have been driving to Tyler for labwork. I make my appointment ahead of time on the Quest app. The facility is nice and clean with awesome phlebotomist. I highly recommend getting labwork done here!

I have been using Quest Diagnostics for years; Setting an appointment ahead of time through their website is convenient & easy; the Phlebotomy technicians always make me feel comfortable and welcome; their experience level makes the whole process a pleasant one. I would highly recommend!

People with appointments are supposed to take precedent over walk-ins. I got there 30 minutes early and they were still late getting me in due to walk-ins.

My daughter tried to drop off some poo at this location . They did not understand at all that my grandchild is autistic and waiting in a long line with drug addicts wasn't an obtion . If you have a young autistic child you understand, this company has no concept of helping them . They went to a dirty bathroom with no soap because they say the addicts will dilute the tests . Very nasty unkind experience. If you have children I suggest you get your dr on board with another lab .

I checked in and was greeted within 5 minutes after checking in.I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff was great!

Use lab core they actually have a real person sitting at the front. I went here today with my daughter and she had to use the restroom and can’t hold it. Because they would unlock their door and there was no one there to help us we had to leave and go to Stephen’s pharmacy down the street. So frustrating. They should have one person working check in and one person doing the blood draws.

Total fail. They used the wrong size bp cuff on me. I have had bp taken dozens of times. This time, it felt like the cuff was going to amputate my arm. This was NOT NORMAL. So the reading was garbage. No use to me. When questioned about it, I just got shoulder shrugs and the offer to retest with the same bp cuff. Geniuses.
