Gel nails chipped 4 days after I had them done. When service was complete and I asked about the YELP special 10% off, the woman became rude and said, "Why would we honor that? We only advertised it for the grand opening." Months later the special is still on yelp, so not sure why they wouldn't fix an issue if they have no intention of honoring it.

This place was outstanding! I didn't realize you had to make an appointment but they went ahead and did my toes and eyebrows. The customer service was phenomenal and my toes look amazing I will be returning! Thank y'all!

I've been to a few nail salons around town and had either mediocre or shoddy experiences with them but with QT Nails - I have not had a bad experience with them.
They're really sweet - they take an interest and give suggestions. They listen and they're respectful. I really enjoy coming here - even though traffic on Broadway is an absolute pain, it's well worth it!

I ? this salon. It's definitely the best in Tyler. Very relaxed atmosphere. I had a new technician today for my pedicure Tami she was wonderful and gentle. I highly recommend!

I've been going to QT for a few years now. I LOVE it there! It's a super-nice atmosphere, with wonderfully kind and friendly workers, and great music. They do EXCELLENT work. I've never been disappointed! It's a nice way to relax and feel pampered. I will be back again and again and again!

I would never go to this nail salon again the work was so much better when it just had one person in there I got my nails done a day before Easter 2 Days Later two of my nails broke I contacted the shopping told me to come in when I arrived at the shop and wanted me to pay $15 to correct a mistake they do not value us as customers the quality of work is not the same and I will never go there again do not go thereServices: Waxing
