My friends and I went in just for a pedicure. No other customers were in the shop on a Friday afternoon, holiday weekend!! Which should’ve been our first clue that there were issues. She kept trying to push gel on us and we didn’t want gel. Our toes had to be redone 2-3 times because apparently she used gel Products knowing we did not want gel. It would not dry and literally slid off the nail and Bubbling. We are not from Tyler so locals beware.Service: Pedicure

The staff was polite and willing to try to make us happy. However, the service was not good. We asked for ballerina-shaped nails, and neither of us received close to ballerina shape; more almond or lipstick (which we don't like). My daughter and I got completely new sets; my nails have significant gaps between the nail and the tip. Two of the nails were not painted well, but after two and a half hours, we were over it and had guests waiting for us.

Me and my BFF came I and gotten deluxe pedicures.. it was awesome they puts bags of something on our feet it was like have my feet in silk! Great experience! Will be back!

Lauren is great with acrylic nails and pedicures. I have consistent compliments from others after each visit. She is flexible in meeting you for an appointment because she works alongside just two family members. She’s always available Thursday-Sunday and is always pleasant and kind. I have been a customer since her son was a toddler and now he is a college graduate.Services: Pedicures

Went in on Saturday afternoon with my daughter and requested pedicures, a full set and a refill and polish with nail art. I was immediately directed to the polish wall and never given the option of choosing a gel color. I had a design and color theme in mind, but the poor quality and selection of their regular polishes forced me to choose different colors. The procedure of the pedicure was very nice, I even complimented on the massage; however, the polish and trim of my nails left much to be desired. Toenails were uneven and she didn’t put enough coats of the poor quality polish on to look good. I requested another coat and she complied but obviously had left polish on my skin then rushed me to the manicure chair.A customer came in while we were still getting our pedicures and was sat for service, causing the tech caring for my daughter to get up and leave her without any communication about who would finish her pedicure. Eventually her nails were painted and she was directed to the drying table, she also received a pedicure that left polish on her skin.Upon sitting at the manicure table, I was told that I would have to use gel polish since that was what was already on my nails. I agreed and then found out they did not have the shade of green that I had applied to my toenails in gel. I readjusted my color choices for my nails based on their very slim selection of gel colors and you can see the results.While waiting for tech to return table. I realized my daughter was still waiting for her full set to begin. It was then I realized that there were only the 2 employees there. And the other customer was still being served. This when I re-examined my toes and looked my daughter’s realizing she had polish all over her skin too. I asked for our toes to be cleaned off, which she did, but it still left much to be desired for a pedicure polish.By this time, my daughter had given up on getting her fingernails done.I feel as though the tech rushed the process due to having 3 customers wanting manicures. I wish I would have read the prior reviews before wasting my time and money here. My nails were not dry when she directed me to wash my hands resulting in my thumb nails having a gummy texture. Also the polish work left me wishing I had left on my previous color design that was almost a month old.I had been in the salon for 2.5 hours at this point and did not want to be there any longer. It was not until I got outside that I could see how bad the quality of work really was. I will be returning on Monday to request my thumbnails and toenails get repolished, at the very least.Services: Gel manicure

THE WORST PLACE IN TOWN BY FAR. Definitely the worst experience ever. The quality of art is trash. Don't get to excited about the dif. Tips, save your money and time and diy. I spent $97 that day. I was giving book to pick a color from not knowing it was a color changing polish. The my 14 yr old ventures off into the moon and star tips just to wake up the morning after with condisation and lil gas bubbles under her nails. I hate we choose this place for such a special event. Needless to say after paying $30 for the a set of nails at 5pm Friday I was paying someone else to remove them Sat.When I arrived at the shop the lady tried to convince me it was somehow our fault. And said she will only give me $20 back.. After a good $15 minI walked out with my $30...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Terrible service. Guess I should have read the reviews before entering poor job on my nails and when I told her what she missed was very unprofessional and tried explain herself. Never again!!!

Over priced for something SO horrible! I went during Easter & this woman charged me $40 for a gel set that's supposed to be coffin shaped & they arent even shaped AT ALL my nails look So horrible they dont even match & I have blood all over my nails.. I could've done them myself & they would've been so much better smh.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I got a full set of gel acrylics and she left them uneven, you can see bubbles on them, it’s on my skin, she didn’t even push back my cuticle. It looks like I could have done these nails smh, and she didn’t she have change for me!! She wanted to give me a coupon for 20 bucks... terrible..

i got gel nails exactly 1 week ago and they’re already peeling. she didn’t let them dry right and im pretty sure it was bc she wanted me to tip more than just $15. soo dont go here save ur money!!

could’ve done a better job for the price charged for a full set. there is glue on my skin and in between my nail beds where i got acrylics and my legs are scratched from the exfoliating lotion from my pedicure. my finger nails look pretty good, i filed them a little more when i got home. my toes are pretty bad however, a college age guy did them, polish is lumpy and on my skin and i could’ve just done it better at home. not the worst i’ve had done, but i just wish there was a little more patience and attention was put into it. i’m not gonna tell you don’t go here, it’s pretty quiet and they get you done in a reasonable amount of time. nails turned out nice, they’re nice people, just seem a little overpriced for what you could get elsewhere.
