I’ve been going to posh and have loved it, but the past few times it has got worse! I went not even a week ago and got dipped nails and a pedicure. All my nails have already came off, but on top of that while getting them done I kept telling the lady she was burning my nails, and she never said anything or tried to help. Same with the pedicure I kept telling the guy he was cutting me and hurting, and he told me it would be ok, but I have cuts all around my toes! I will not be coming back due to lack of customer service

Very pleased with my ‘special occasion’ acrylic full set today by Miss Kim! Her expertise and attention to detail is truly outstanding. I always adore Miss Nancy’s work as well- she is wonderful for my gel manicures every other week! I appreciate Tony each time I call to confirm availabilities- he makes me feel welcome and valued as a VERY satisfied customer. Give Posh Nail a try, you’ll love the experience! I surely do! ?

This place is a straight 1/10. I went in to have my dip soaked off and to get a mani with clear nail polish. When asked if I want gel or shellac, I said no just plain clear nail polish, I want to give my nails a break. After she got the dip off she started the manicure. Hands went straight to a bowl of cool water that had been sitting there the entire time. She then goes to her desk drawer and pulls out a cuticle scraper, nail clippers, and cuticle scissors to start on my hands. None of these items came out a sterile bag!! After that situation, she still put shellac on my nails! ?. After I specifically said no. She then put clear nail polish over that. $35 for the worst manicure ever. Then tried to give me a punch card, like I would ever go back.

They rushed the mani/pedi. The polish was applied haphazardly. I have a giant glob of polish that was sort of filed, just enough to remove the topcoat, not the blob. My nails were filed square without rounding the corners and no one spoke good enough English, or would admit to it, to fix it. There were 3 of us and none got the pedi requested. They just did whatever they wanted. Definitely will not return to this salon.

While they were quick they did not do a good job. My nails are thick and uneven. He cut me multiple times on my cuticles and on the pad of my finger. Then called me picky. Would not recommend.

The service was great me and my girl bestie went and got our prom nails done there!! A bit pricy but nothing unexpected with the good quality!! I really appreciate them accommodating our little group of guys that came with us; i know 5 teenagers at 7:00 pm is not a great combo but everyone was still super nice!! Very accurate to the original design I showed too!!

Please NEVER waste your time here. I waited for 2 hours to get my nails done after I called before hand to see if there was a wait and if they could get me to my later appointment I had that day. I planned on getting my hands and feet done, but after and hour went by and they still hadn’t done anything but put my hands in acetone to remove my nails I told one of the workers that I would just do my hands and not my feet today and mentioned again that I had an appointment to get to later that day. After that I waited another 30 minutes for them to start on my nails. I had to leave half way through my nails being done to make it to my hair appointment I traveled 3 hours for and had to return hours later for them to finish. When I returned I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to see me. When they began painting my nails they looked awful and I told them that I’d pay them for what they already had put on but that I wanted to go to another place. They told me “no” and got another person to do my nails. Not even a full 24 hours later the polish on my nails began to wear off. I paid $60 and will NEVER return.

5 stars for customer service. We came in without an appointment and didn’t get our nails done just because we were in a hurry. But the manager was so kind and attentive as busy as they were. When we decided to leave he apologized several times, so kind! Definitely will come back when we have the time!

10 out of 10!!! I got a manicure with fake tips and a pedicure and they both turned out FABULOUS!!! Kim is amazing and so talented!! She did my nails so perfect and had no mess up's and never rushed once! She is so wonderful!!

I had service with Kim. My first time going she was very kind & sweet she even stayed over her time to do my nails after I was being very difficult. 10/10 definitely recommend this nail salon

If I could give a zero I would. It is false advertising outside a full set is not 28 it is 60. The older lady cut my finger with the drill multiple times. Very rude the staff is not at all understanding, they won’t assist you. If you tip someone the tip goes to the owner they don’t get to keep it. For a simple color on nail it’s 98. Do not recommend if you want to waste your time and get charged an extra 80 dollars go here!!
