Overcharged me was rude and uncooperative when I was trying to explain I was overcharged And would not honor original quote never gave me a time that the pod would be delivered. There is nobody to talk to to make a complaint. This business really needs new management and a way to hold their customer care accountable.

Pod has rusty area and concerned of water damage was reassured check and no issue but we had water damage and no info provided on how to file a claim. Be sure and use a cc not debit card as they keep trying to charge a monthly renewal fee after the service completed and container picked up.

I recently contracted with PODS to pick up/store and deliver to my new house a single pod. As others have said the initial drop off and pick up of the pod was smooth and without event. The nightmare started when I wanted it delivered to my new house. The delivery scheduled said it would be delivered between 8:30 and 11:30. I had hired movers to help unload so based on their schedule I had the movers come at 11:30 thinking I had it covered. We'll the movers were here and on the clock but no pod. I called and was told he was a little behind and would be here by 12:15. Nope that didn't happen either. I called again and was told they had been trying to reach me but the number in their system was PODS toll free number, strange because they were able to reach me easily when they first picked it up. To end the rambling about my horrible experience he showed up at 2 and we got it unloaded, BTW he ran over my sprinklers while setting the pod. A case was opened and closed on my claim they needed to compensate me for the time the movers were waiting without even talking to me. Do not use these guys unless you just have no other options.

Never in my life if I had so much trouble trying to get a price on a large to sit at my house for 3 months all I want is a price for a shipping container to be delivered to zip code 757 57 and then picked up at the same location empty. How much!!!!!!!!

Still trying to get billing issues resolved 3 months after all pods have been emptied and returned. Zero customer service, no way to contact anyone for support. Ridiculous wait times on the phone. No one calls back to resolve issues. All customer service interactions are with foreigners and are very difficult to understand. Terrible customer service.

Absolute nightmare. The initial order and delivery went smoothly, as did the initial pick up, but it ends there.The PODs are not 8x8x16 as advertised. They are exterior 7.5 wide giving you considerably fewer interior cubic feet. We were forced to place our PODs in storage when the house deal collapsed. PODs advertise a 50-mile move radius, and our second deal was only 39 miles from the home we originally sold. Only it was 7 miles out of the delivery area of the warehouse they stored the PODs. Something we had no control over, location is picked by an internal process. They refused to deliver them to the new house. We had to hire a moving company to unload the PODs at the warehouse and move their contents to our new home. We learned PODs are truly not nationwide, there are huge sections of the country, like parts of Texas were they do not service. This 50-mile radius for local moves is not home to home, but warehouse to home to home.Don't count on much from customer service. For us, a lot of things were said that a customer wants to hear but in the end, for us, it was a lot of lip service.I do not recommend PODs at this time.

It is very expensive, so very prepared. And, make sure you get a confirmation email when placed. Otherwise, works great and people are nice.

The amount on the order wasn't identified as an estimate and the amount charged on my card was almost double of what was expected. Calling their customer service was a futile experience, passed from person to person and finally told that someone would be contacting me within 72 hours to address my complaints. Two weeks later and I still haven't heard from them. The only positive was the drivers, they were all fantastic very professional and knowledgeable.Over all I cannot recommend PODS to anyone.

I moved from the west coast and I have had nothing but a difficult time with PODs. This review is specifically for the driver who dropped off my POD to my home in Tyler. I worked with a POD rep for weeks to make sure the POD could be placed on the street next to my home as the driveway is slanted. The previous home owners used PODs and had placed two large containers on the street with no issue. When the delivery driver arrived he insisted on putting it in my driveway which was impossible. I explained that it would need to be put on the street and that the city has no issue with it. He refused and told me he needed to make sure my neighbor was fine with that. Why would my neighbor need to approve it when it's on my side of the street and it's not blocking his driveway? I spent almost $6k for this ride driver to tell me (the paying customer) that he needed approval from a neighbor? Not only did it not make sense my neighbor, who was more than fine with the POD being there for 2 days was also confused as to why he needed his approval. I'm the customer. He didn't pay you thousands of dollars, I did. Horrible driver. He should retire if he hates his job this much.

Its been a complete nightmare with these people with our move from Florida to Texas. Computers not updated, wrong information on pod location, to no room to unpack it.NEVER AGAIN.Even the drivers and customer service people say they are complaining to the managment.

09/12/2022 - I have nothing but great things to say about the Tyler Delivery and Moving team - POD arrived on time, just like the ETA window said it would and the driver even called to confirm exactly where and how I wanted it - scheduled Move online and got the ETA window for that and BOOM dude was there. Not the same driver - But he called me to verify too. It got there and everything inside was still in great shape, which I was surprised by.I did not have that luck when I drove my own stuff in a rental truck....I would highly recommend and I would do this again in a heartbeat.Everyone was super friendly and helpful and you guys were GREAT!THANK YOU so very much!

Have used PODS now 3-4 times and always end up with a positive experience in moving my belongings and merchandis cross country. :) :)
