They were not timely, they were not courteous, they were not honest ie the actual cost was 50% higher than estimated ( $1000 more)!

Bad work terrible communication. I had a major wreck and took my car in for repairs. My car was there almost a month and a half. I was originally told it would be ready in a couple of weeks. I show up and they say it'll be a couple more weeks. No one called. I would call to try to get updates and they would say they'll get someone to call you but they never do. I was starting a job out of state and finally got my car and drove to Missouri. When I get there the ac goes out. The Honda dealership says it was the ac condenser which they say they fixed. Then I noticed they didn't replace the hoses to my windshield wiper fluid. WTH?! Please save yourself the trouble and just go to your dealership

Insurance claim. Told me my car was ready after 30days. When i picked it up, the battery was dead. Its easy on my vehicle to tell if the car was locked manually or with the fob. It was locked manually, which means the battery was dead before i got there. No one went over the car with me. I was so mad after the day i had, i didn't go in to say anything before they closed cause i didnt want to be as rude as i would have been. Charged the battery enough to get it home. Which, during that bit, we realized part of the engine cover under the hood was missing. I called about it, was told i could email a pic for the time being until i could come in. Fast forward a few days, the undercarriage they were supposed to repair started falling apart again. Called back, this lady was rude, esp when i asked if the manager had seen it. I explained i just wanted to give them a heads up on what i was missing before i wasted more of my time. Naturally said i would need to bring it in for the falling a part bit can be looked at. I was finally able to go up the next week or so. Finally speak to the manager, and guess what? They purposely didnt fix the issue cause they were "waiting on a part that came in after pick up." So, not only did they let me take my car unfinished, there was absolutely NO communication about this. None. Obviously, i was pretty angry. Manager was professional with no empathy, which to me isnt very professional. I work in sales and retail management. Its not that hard. I was also told that, supposedly, the guy who worked on my car packed his tools up one day and left the shop. This was the excuse of my car missing a piece, said it must have gotten thrown away. No explanation given to why a mechanic would do that. Never called me last week about ordering the part, like i asked. Waited two hours today for a call back i never received. I called again to be told they'd have to contact the part place to get an ETA for me. Two more hours later, no return phone call. Again, i call them. Should be in by the end of the week. Theyre in no rush to make this right, it seems. So, after at least 6wks, my car is still falling apart while i drive, and im missing a piece that i wasnt when i dropped my car off. I really regret using this location, and for not looking at all the Google reviews, going back years, about their lack of basic communication. Today, end of the week, i called about my part. Turns out it came in, and i wasnt notified. Once i waited almost two hours for my car to be completed, i finally received an answer about when the part actually came in. Apparently it was around 11am. I called at 1p. They didnt know until i called and asked.. i asked the manager (colby? Cody? Idfk) if they have someone that keeps track of parts coming in for their customers. He said yes. So i asked why i wasnt contacted. He just kept repeating his answer of "we found out when you called." The third time he repeated, i told him i understood what he said. however, i do not understand why the person that keeps tabs on it wasnt doing that.. manager repeated himself once more, but slower. I sincerely do not understand why this was even a thing. I dont want a reply from the shop. Nothing makes this experience acceptable. I sat and cried in the lobby and not a single soul gave it any thought.
Tl;dr: please, do not go here for your sake.
Edit: 3.5 hours later from the initial coming back today for them to finish my car, i made it a mile away before having to come back. Multiplies clips missing, under carriage pieces not put back correctly- also missing clips. Had to go 25mph down the loops with my hazards cause things were hitting my front left tire. Brought someon to check their work, and my guy had to tell the manager how to put an area back together. I understand lexus's can be difficult; i also understand this is their job. Not to mention one of the women up front straight up ignoring me twice. Chest started to hurt, so i went in and apologizing i needed to sit. She lied about i
