My husband spent 1 hour trying to print two pages, everything was pure garbage, the people who are there apparently don't want to do that job, some just turned their backs, one left the job halfway because he had to leave and the last one said that They did not receive emails from a Yahoo, ??♀️ they couldn't print anything and wasted their time, improve the service or remove it because the truth is it's embarrassing ?

Pilot and Flying J have become nothing but a high priced rip off center that prays on drivers needing fuel and hopefully a bite to eat but diffently not at these prices. All the truck stops (except Loves) have much better prices on everything and have much better respect for the drivers who are keeping them in business. ?

The bathrooms was clean. The pilot side of the station was good but McDonald’s just got to pick up the game. Looks like a happy meal sandwich they gave you and I ordered a regular meal! The burger tastes horrible they cutting corners every where!

Great place but my wife and I are in there literally daily for fuel, food or drinks. Virtually none of the fuel docks have working “contactless pay” if it’s not eventually repaired we might move across the street or to CEFCO. 2-3-4% back on fuel 2-3 times a week adds up.

This pilot is the worst one ever! An arrogant drive had my boyfriend move to a different truck stop. When my boyfriend was sitting there since Sunday. This other ignorant drive paid for parking after the argument and the cops let the paying driver stay. Most ignorant employees manager ever! Worst place to get service of any kind! Look out for this non American drive and here is pictures of his truck. Total rookie driver!

Do you really need to shut down half the lanes just so the lazy trash guy can dottle around inside causing long lines at the pumps .. and no they wernt out of service because 30 mins later, after he finished playin inside he went out and moved his barriers.. smh ill be making sure to skip this pilot in the future
