Nice staff, but I do feel as if they're understaffed. It take forever to check out and if yall had more people on the register or a self check out I'm sure things would be alot more speedy

It appeared that this store is going through a renovation at this time.
The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
The store was very picked over. I went to buy a harness,travel bag and treats for my new family member. I had no options for the harness, only one in the correct size.
The travel bag area had only one option and it was very pricey. I purchased the harness and ordered the bag online. I like this store but will most likely not go back for a long while.

My experience with the store itself was good until my wife and I got to the register. We were helped by a lady named Nancy who happened to make a comment about a coworker. As Nancy walked up she said “I thought he was helping you…or whatever it is”. I found this to be highly disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

We always use the same Petco when we are in Tyler, Texas. The staff is wonderful, the store is always clean and smells great and we always find the Merrick cat food in pate form that our cat will ONLY eat. :)

The costumer service representative was not helpful at all with answering my questions. She couldn’t direct me in the location to look for the information in the policy but would just remark it’s in the policy. When asked to speak a supervisor she wouldn’t transfer me. Instead would say they were in a meeting and no supervisor within the whole company could assist me or provide her with the answer. I was told I would receive a call back that day and 32 hours later I still have received that phone call back to resolve my issue and to answer my questions. As of right now if my issue is not resolved soon I will be cancelling my vital care benefits and will be going to another company due to the proper use of rewards not being honored and the false advertisement associated with the rewards. Because as of now they claim if a reward states that it expires on example 5/9/24 then I would need to redeem the reward on 5/8/24 because once it turns 5/9 within the system it is no longer available. But no where does it state this within the policy. So please watch your rewards closely

Horrible customer service. The regular price posted on the store's website was $5.00 less than what was reflected in store. Told the cashier, and he argued and charged the higher price. Contacted store manager, and he hung up on me. Returned the item and went to Petsmart. Will not return to Petco for any reason.

Will never try to use @Petco again for grooming services for Luna. My night schedule makes things difficult when trying to get her to a groomer so thought we'd try them out being they're open on Saturdays. 2 weeks ago just to make an online appt for 430pm in which the other get a message that day that they canceled the appt because their online appt scheduler shouldn't be making appointments at 430pm. So I make an appointment for today at 3pm, got the confirmation and then 2 days ago they message that I'd need to bring her in at 2pm so they can have 3 hours with her instead of only 2 hours. I tell them that I work nights and sleep days and need at least a decent nap when I come in but reluctantly agree to the 2pm slot. They message me today and ask if I can bring her at 1pm which I didn't get until (sleeping) and then proceed to send another message saying "unfortunately Luna's groomer had to go home sick and we've canceled your appointment." I'm done with these idiots! Ugh
