“I took my puppy here for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. Apparently, he did too, because he left there happier than when I left him! The owner is crazy nice and loved on my pup as it were her own. He smelled so great when I picked him up and his nails were done perfectly. We will most definitely be .going back on a regular basis”
“I just recently moved to Tyler, and being away from family has been pretty lonely, so I decided to drop by the nearest pet store to me, which happened to be Petland and I'm grateful I went.
I went around and visited many of the areas and little exhibits for the animals they had to offer. I firstly visited the bunnies where I was helped by someone named Anthony. He was very kind and respectful when I mentioned looking for a little future companion, helped me look at multiple animals such as birds and other small animals.
I thanked him for his time, but at the time decided not to go with anything, however I very much was considering it and may come back when I am more financially stable. I still stopped around and looked at fish and some lizards.
The employees in the area there were kind as well, I made sure to ask for their names as they were also kind to my situation, and striked a pleasant conversation with the both of them. Their names were Zach and Tony, both very kind men, and if I was sure I could take care of a lizard or fish, I would have bought one from their department.
Overall, I had an amazing experience, and I can't wait to come back next month to see what's still in store, and hopefully leave with a friendly companion to make things less lonely.”
“Nyla, the head groomer and the team are amazing, and took great care of my Akita, " Princess". It's the only store we buy dog food, supplies, and grooming!
