Set up an appointment to replace an antenna on a brand new Colorado under warranty something that takes 15 min to replace the service advisor comes back and says oh tech said he won’t be done with it until after lunch from 8 am so instead had to pay 158 dollars for the part to replace my self which it took me 8 mins to replace worst dealership rather go to Dow in Mineola instead of this place any day!!!

I had just had a LONG bad day car shopping and my fiancé’ had taken me out to eat to cheer me up. We happened to pass Peltier who sells Chevys and he encouraged me to take a loo. As we walked through the lot we spied a bunch of 2024 Malibus behind a fence in various colors. About that time a nice young man came up and introduced himself as Mike Trocolli, the only sales person that was outside at the time. He was very polite and wanted to know if he could help. I said we were just looking and he offered to open the gate and take us back where we could see the Malibu cars close up, which I had decided was the car I liked the most. He was knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to and he was not particularly concerned that the dealership was closing soon, even though he knew I didn’t plan to buy right away. There was ZERO pressure even when I asked him to take down my number, give me a business card and to please let me know if any were put on clearance when the 2025’s came out to give me a call. We said goodbye and left but I found I couldn’t forget how nice he was, so the next day after talking it over we decided to give buying a car another try. I called and made an appt. with Mike and I am so glad I did! When I called I told him I wanted to drive the beigy-gold one and he told me it would be in front of the entrance door. He met us as we drove up and I asked him to ride along which he agreed to do. There was a lot of technology on this particular LS model and he explained patiently the ones I was not familiar with, but I especially like the Android Play function. This car is super nice, “peppy” to drive, a 450-ish mile range on a tankful and I fell in love with everything about it. For a base model it seems to have all the "bells and whistles" and the best floor matts ever included! Mike walked me through what all it could do and by the time we got back to the dealership, I decided I wanted to know more about the prices, etc. It didn’t take near as long as I expected and before I knew it he made an offer and I didn’t need to haggle much since the price was reasonable with several discounts included. Then I met the finance Guy Dustin Burgess. I’ve bought several new cars over the years but he was the most agreeable Finance Director I have ever dealt with! His knowledge of the extended warranty was massive (which I always get). In just a short while, I was walking out the door with the extended coverage for 6 years or 100,000 miles. At today's repair rates at least you have the choice and can use it at any GM dealership in the country. I can’t begin to list all the other advantages that buying a car from Peltier has, things like free loaner cars for being their customer when having repairs done. Mike was honest and more than willing to work with me and even helped me resolve a small matter the next day after the deal was signed, plus the issue was fixed while I waited! I want to add that the atmosphere at the dealership is a relaxing one and the staff were congenial but vigilant with all their customers while I was there. The building was clean with easy access including the maintenance and repair area. Do yourself a favor and come by and talk to Mike, you will be glad you did! PS My Service Advisor is Chris Russell who was recommended by Mike and he is very personable, reliable and answers your questions without rushing you. He also personally put my car Sticker on the windshield while a worker installed my new Texas plates on the car. He advised me on my oil change regimen and who to speak to in Parts so I could order a 16" rubber donut kit. Marcos is another asset to Peltier and found exactly what I needed in no time flat, ordered it and will call me himself when it comes in. Marcos told me someone in the Service area will install it in the trunk for me while I wait.

Had to reschedule an oil change because they were behind. The service guy continued to bring up things that needed to be fixed but were not urgent after I stated, I’m only dealing with the oil change for today, everything else will be handled at a later date due to my work schedule. On top of that, my gear shift selector cable just coincidently happens to come loose days after the service, luckily I was able to take care of it, who knows what they would have charged for it. It was overall a terrible experience and it’s never been like this, so maybe they were having a bad day which is understandable, but I’ll think twice before returning.

We stopped in to buy a car for our son. The sales staff was very friendly, they treated us very good. No complaints, The car was in the price range and they offered a great warranty on the purchase of my son's car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle.

I couldn't be more pleased with my first new vehicle from Peltier cheverolet. The financial manager Dustin was a blessing! He made sure I was taken care of long before I was set on getting a new truck. Absolutely love my 1500 BabyMax. So far I'm getting 26mpg in town and 30mpg on the highway.
