This place is very friendly.Only thing is that Courtland cancelled on me 3 times and didn’t let me know till the day of the appointment; It took me texting her in order for her to notify me about the cancellation. 2 out of the 3 cancellations I was already at the salon waiting on her, and on one of the cancellations her reason was that she had personal issues going on. I totally understand because things happen but shortly after she posted on her story doing other girls hairs at a wedding.I feel like this was very unprofessional of her.Service: Haircut

Contacting them is a nightmare. Got canceled on and didn't find out until I arrived at the salon.What's worse is that the reasoning was she "had" to reschedule only to find out it was to squeeze a different client in. Made the appointment well in advance.

Becca is incredible! Super talented and super sweet! Great highlights and lowlights and haircuts. She has her own room there, so it is super private. Very relaxing to go there.

Asked to have blonde balayage and left the salon as a brunette having the reason be blamed on my shampoo. My experience got even better when I had to pay AGAIN to get my hair fixed to what I wanted the first time. Don’t recommend.

I called and no answer but whoever was working text me though never introduced themselves. I sent a photo of what I was looking for (I have short hair) I made an appointment and asked what her price estimate would be. They stated hair cuts start at $73! I said no thank you.
