Hired them to add a sensor to open the gate when leaving and to give me a bid to replace my garage door. They installed the sensor and said I required a new keypad also. After they completed the work, the sensor was so unreliable, visitors would have to turn around and come back to the house for me to open it for them. The gate would also just open randomly and remain open. I contacted this company about 4 times informing them of the issues and requesting that they install a keypad inside the property to prevent people getting locked inside the property and to provide me with the instruction manual for the new keypad, which they never did. About two months later, they finally responded and scheduled a time to come at a very specific time due to my schedule. Guy showed up over two hours late and I couldn't be there. No apologies. Just apathy. After spending about $1,500 with them, I now am in a worse position than before, having to keep my gate open full time. Obviously I will be using another company for a new garage door and to fix the gate problems this company left me with. If you're interested in work being done correctly and responsiveness, look elsewhere.

A wind storm destroyed one of our shop's front bay doors exposing the contents of our shop to anyone traveling down the road. We needed a new door pronto. A rep, Misty, from Overhead shot us a quote the same day (Monday) that we requested it. We did receive a quote from another company, but their quote was significantly higher than Overhead's. Todd from ODS came out the next day (Tuesday) to verify the address and check on the job. This morning, Wednesday, two installers, Steven and James arrived to install the door. They were efficient and friendly. I would recommend Overhead Door Systems, Inc. of Chandler Texas. I would use them again.

Barbara deceived us on the time frame for the doors we ordered. She stated a 4 week install and changed that time frame the week before the doors were set to be installed with claims that “she never said that”. She did not provide an alternative date for them to be installed. She is not answering our phone calls at this time.

This one very well run organization . The owner Dennis heard our problem and was very eager to come to our needs . His men were excellent people and come to our rescue. We will always call Barbara and Dennis when we need repairs or replacements .

Had a new spring placed on our garage door by the company, then 6 months later the door failed and came crashing down, called them to see if they could come out to take a look at the door. Was never told it would cost anything for them to come out and look at it. Then after the employee adjusted the tension on the spring we were given bill for service before even discussing that we would be charged for the repair of their installation which was only 6 months ago. Was told they only offer a 1 month warranty for their parts. We will not be using their services again.
