The guys got me fixed right up. My windshield wiper came off while I wad driving. Pulled in, bought the wipers and the guy came out and put them on for me in the rain. Great customer service.

Good enough. Had parts I was looking for that AutoZone wasn't supplying that ended up saving me a lot of money on my brake job. I also rented my first tool from them here. It was a hefty hold against my bank balance for a couple of days, but it IS free, and it sure beats having to buy a tool you're only going to use once or twice! 48 hours is the rental period I was given. Other than that, the location was clean, had easy to find products and well organized. The prices seemed a bit high, and I ALWAYS recommend checking prices online FIRST! But overall this is one of the better auto parts locations I've used in the Tyler area so far!

I came into O’Reilly’s looking for coolant. Every other time I have come here, someone has offered to assist in putting it in. This time, they hand it to me and look at me through the window. Can I put in coolant? Yes. However, another lady tossed her hair around and flirted with one of the workers and he went out of his way to help her add fluids and change windshield wipers. Then, he purposefully abetted his eyes when knowing I would like assistance. If you are going to treat customers unequally, make it less obvious.

O’Reilly’s has always been my favorite big name parts store but this one could use some better training for their employee and the location stinks. You have to risk your life to get in and out of this location. I’ve seen way too many wrecks in that area. The people working there just seemed down and bored.

Had to stop in cause I lost my oil fill cap& had stopped at several other auto parts stores already& everyone of them were quick to dismiss me saying it was a factory part they didn't carry.I came to this store wit almost no hope of finding one. But Stegall was quick to help me, even after several searches ended wit nothing in stock. He continued to search other wordings for the oil cap& year models which turned out was the same part number for my 2003 chevy silverado 3500.Great service ? ? when it would have been easy to say "It's a factory part, we don't have it" he went out of his way to help me. Great service ? I come this way often & have passed by this store several times without a thought. I have to say service like this will have me returning for sure whenever I'm in this area. WELL DONE STEGALL!!!
