I'm not the greatest looking guy, bikerish. I took my girlfriend ls car here while she was at work, and I guess I interrupted the 2 employees who were enjoying the lesser traffic on sunday there because no one cared to help me. They gave me the diagnostic tool to use myself, so I wanted to ask them to make sure I used it right. That was a hassle. I did it myself... Luckily, i know what to do. I will never send anyone I know here. What if my daughter came in for help? After the diagnostic came back when they uploaded it.... it was wrong. It's had an idea of what it was to begin with. I asked if they would check the battery and the alternator. God forbid one of them get their jacket on and come do what I asked. Bad alternator. That's boys.

I just purchased a set of headlights and a filter for a car that I purchased yesterday. The guys working at O'Reilly's did not install the headlights, stating that it would be too much work for them.After looking under the hood of the vehicle, one of the workers scolded me for being "too desperate" and buying a used vehicle that had a few issues with it.This is my first (and last) trip to this store. If you need help, suggestions, etc., I recommend AutoZone. They are much more willing to work with you. I have had positive experiences with AutoZone in Whitehouse and AutoZone near Mother Frances hospital. I recommend both of these locations over O'Reilly's on Troup highway.

My wife purchased a set of wiper blades 7 weeks ago and they were faulty. The rubber fell apart, so she went back with the receipt to get them replaced. She was told that NO ONE GUARANTEES WIPER BLADES. I know that is a lie. Rain-X has a warranty. Maybe they don't care about great customer service or really have no clue about the products they sell. Anyways, won't be going back to O'Rielly for anything.
