Jackie Carreno helped me today. For over 1&1/2 hours she kept trying to switch my account from xfinity to optimum. Through her patience and knowledge she was able to do it. I had tried for 2 days. Jackie was so pleasant and understanding. I very rarely have had service this good. She made my experience with Optimum a extremely pleasant one. Thank you so very much Jackie!!!

Jackie Carmen is a very nice employee. She handled my returned equipment I brought in. I was very happy with how fast she was able to get me in and out, with no problems, during my time at this store.

Absolutely awful company. No notification of a scheduled 24h outage? Really?
On top of that every single thing has been done wrong by them and had to be fixed. It takes 2+ weeks to schedule anything.
You can call them at 4am and they will be “experiencing higher than average call times”
The company aggressively expands, does not care to actually provide any acceptable level of service, and exploits you because they know they have no competition. Why hire enough support staff when people can’t get decent internet anywhere else? Who cares if you randomly cut service, what option do you have?

Kamisha and Stephanie at the Lindale TX office was amazing. I was switching carriers and upgrading my phone. These ladies help me with each step and I am so happy I went to the store because the transfer had some hiccups and so I really needed their expertise. These ladies know what they are doing. Ten gold stars for Kamisha and Stephanie.

Absolute worst customer service you will ever receive. We elected to change to Vexus. Optimum made it an absolute nightmare to disconnect their service. Spent 26 minutes on the phone to discontinue their internet. Wanted to continue to make every deal possible instead of simply disconnecting our internet service. Unfortunately this is the nature of their business tactics. Go with Vexus @ your first opportunity.

This company is horrible. I’ve been with them for a year &’ every month the bill gets higher &’ higher. You can’t call &’ pay the bill online from google cause you will get scammed. Now your WiFi off, you call &’ talk to customer service &’ no one gives a ****. I paid my bill that was suggested for me to pay for them to turn my service back on &’ now I’m talking to 3 ppl &’ still no outcome. I rather be in here with no WiFi then to keep getting scammed by this “COMPANY” or whatever you wanna call them. &’ I had no choice but to give them a star or I couldn’t write this review.!!!

Jackie Carreno was very nice and professional. Hopefully Optimum will continue to give me some relief with my bill. Hate not watching my Rangers, but that's what greed does for some.
