I have used Physical Therapy clinicians in several different parts of Texas. Most “cookie cutter” clinics only seem concerned with billing. Obach’s employees care most about the patient’s wellness. They are absolutely the best in class in this area.

Great Therapy but terrible Business office manger Tracy rude and condescending. Send bill out 6 month late and never sent it out before this. To bad such nice people working in therapy and such bad office person.

I am a "youthful" senior citizen who sought guidance from two physical therapists offices over the past 7 years for balance, hip and lower back issues. I received at best a modicum of guidance and improvement. I heard several outstanding recommendations for Obach PT and gave them a try. I am thrilled with my results. Ralph, Renee and the entire staff are professional and friendly. I have made phenomenal progress. Am able to easily walk several early morning miles, swim and do CrossFit. Obach took the time to keep working at finding the root of my issues and then to strategically strengthen them. I am confidant that I shall keep improving. Obach is a Godsend.

This center has been so welcoming and kind! The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went to see physical therapist Mr. Obach here for an injury, and he was very patient, compassionate and extremely skilled. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone seeking an excellent standard of care.

Been to several physical therapy facilities and this is by far the very best Tyler has to offer. Mr Obach takes a personal interest in his clients and I would not go anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the physical therapy I received here. They are independent of the two monstrous organizations in Tyler which means they have to earn their referrals by doing a great job, it is not “built into the system” and doctors are not pressured to refer to Mr. Obach.

I am so impressed with Mr Ralph M Obach, PT, and his highly trained staff. The are very professional and friendly. I have had many surgeries unfortunately and have been to a few pt clinics before this one. By far, I have had the most progress and results coming to this clinic! They truly know what they are doing. I am forever grateful and thank the Lord for Mr Obach and his staff.
