I am so blessed that Mr. Appliance of East Texas was recommended to me by American Plumbing. The staff is so friendly and they make sure that you get texts with the name and picture to let you know who the technician is and what they look like and what time they are coming. I really appreciate that because it adds another level of safety with all the things going on in the world now. Another thing that I love is that the window they give you in which the technician is to arrive is true because my technician arrived at his appointed time which was between 8am and 10am. No all day waiting with this company. Jose, the technician was very friendly, professional and was able to recommend alternatives to one of my issues. He was very knowledgeable and proficient at his job and he explained everything to me so I could easily understand it. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my family and friends.

I would look elsewhere for refrigerator repair. They came to look at our fridge said a valve was broken and replaced. As soon as they left the fridge started leaking again. When called to come check it out again they said that there was nothing they could do to fix it. When I called back they said they would call me back with more details but never did. Paid all the money to fix an issue that wasn’t the issue. Such a scam.
