So, I have been a customer for years, and really do love a few Moon River Natural products. I recently ordered a. new product ( Moonshine )that seriously stung !!my face! I had to remove it immediately, and could not use. Felt the company could have done a better job of helping me return product (I did order 2 tubes), as I have been a loyal customer buying much from them for years. I posted this honest review to their website (I have a also posted multiple positive reviews to their website over years). The positive reviews are still posted, but my negative review was taken down immediately !!!!!!!! I am now suspect. If they are removing negative reviews, and only leaving positive ones, customers are not getting accurate info on other peoples experiences with products and services. Feel this company needs to be more transparent about people's experiences.

The smell is amazing in the store. I got to tour the backroom where all the "magic" happens and I have to say I am impressed. There staff are very friendly and informative. My favorite thing of theirs is the essential oil roll-ons and the bar soaps. Will definitely be back!

Tuesday I bought the Solid Vibes lotion stick and absolutely love it! But was more impressed with how kind the girl working there was. It was so refreshing, I felt like I could ask questions and she was happy to help and happy to be there. ?

I was ready to make a purchase, the lady never moved from behind her desk. She didn't try to sell the products, which I thought would have been a great buy. Just an ok visit. Great shop & location. She just wasn't energetic.

A hidden gem in Tyler Texas!! The shop is cozy, warm and always smells so good!! Their prices are fantastic and their products will make go back again and again!! The owners and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly!!

I happened upon Moon Rivers December 2019 and I am so happy I found them. I have extremely sensitive skin and trying to find products in chain stores / local home grown businesses has been challenging. I have to compliment them on their continued timely replies.
