I got my car towed here to get a flat tire fixed. My spare and regular tire were flat. It was unable to be driven into the bay. They would not come out to get the tire. A female associate had to roll it in. Then I was told they are unable to put my tire back on my car bc it's in the parking lot. Big lesson learned.

Seriously, you have a cash-only scan and go registers?? it kinda defeats the purpose of scan and go if you can't go because you have to count out all your cash there. Bad, bad idea.

I had a great experience in the pharmacy yesterday, employee Kevin is a great asset to the store. I was with my mom getting a vaccine and Kevin was handling multiple impatient customers with ease and kindness while continuing to work efficiently. He is definitely going above and beyond. Great work Kevin!!

This is the store I go to the most since it's the closest one to me but I'm rarely happy with my grocery pickup experience. They are often out of several things I ordered and they either make odd substitutions or they just don't substitute anything at all. The employees are normally very polite though. I feel like they are just way understaffed.

I had a good experience at this Walmart when I was temporarily in Tyler for some business. It was nicer than I normally expect of a Walmart and I went a few times to get groceries during my stay. My shopping experience was pretty average, and there were plenty of registers and self check out kiosks open to allow for a fairly quick in and out. Definitely check it out if you're in a pinch!

This is the rudest store. The clerks are rude and the management staff is just as bad if not worse. You can be standing in line with no one behind you your stuff on the belt and they just close the lane. Then you get told to go stand in another line behind two more people. When you ask if the cashier can just close after you management tells you to do what you like and walk off along with the cashiers. The second problem I have had in three weeks was me and my mother have purchased goods all of er bags per in the bottom of the buggy mine are on top the door n*** demands my mother's receipt then tells her there is not enough stuff on receipt for all that is in the cart. I tell her the rest is on my receipt she then tells my mother to dig threw the bags that are on the bottom and pull out something that is on her receipt. The cart is full and they want a senior to dig out something. Well Walmart here is what you need to do hire more employees and maybe some of your other problems will disappear. Harassing your customers with the door n*** and all the rude staff has officially sent this customer to another store after all I want to feel like my purchases mean something. I would rather pay a little more and feel appreciated then be treated like crap. Last week I watched as a young girl was pulled over by the door n*** and had the police called on her only to have the police and her one bag leave the store. Apparently the door n*** scanner was not working but mean while they made her look like a theft. She got into her car crying. This store is so messed up. I only gave one star because it will not let you post otherwise truly they need a triple FFF.

Walmart on Hwy 31 has the rudest management team in the history of Walmart. The cashiers are rude, the front end is rude, the managers as a whole are worthless. Bianca was very rude not to me but to the customer in front of me. The ugly faces she made almost made me want to pour some holy water on her. Johnathan the front door rude person was a jerk and yelled at me and actually told me to never come back to the store...don't worry crappy employee I will never be back to this rude store again. Since day one this store has gone downhill. They have the least trained employees and 100% rudest employees. No one there knows anything!! They have no clue what customer service is all about. I wish I could give them a negative 10 on the star chart!! This store has more negative reviews out of all the stores in Tyler. Terry M.

This is the cleanest, best stocked Walmart I have ever been in. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

This is the rudest Walmart in Tyler, the front end manager literally told me I couldn't checkout at the self checkout because it was 8pm? She pulled the rope closed right in front of me and 5 other people who were standing in line for 10 minutes

We go to Walmart regularly and spend thousands of dollars there annually in Walmart. We typically go to the one in Canton. We were in Tyler today and received the rudest customer service we have ever experienced. We had already spent $80 on oil at another Walmart today but needed to stop in to buy an oil pan. We parked in the automotive area and went to go in and the door was locked. The worker came to the door and said "were closed" and pointed to the sign, they closed at 7:00 and it was 7:05. I asked can you please just let us in, as we had no problem going to the front to pay and then walking around. She gestures to the sign saying we are closed again with a rude attitude. From now on we will spend the extra money at our local mom and pop shops and drive further to get what we need. I'm not going to spend another dime at a place where they think customer service doesn't matter.
