“They sold my mom a defective wifi box and when we went to return it they couldn't take the device back and instead sent us to another Verizon store only for them unable to help. This has not been a good experience especially when we wanted to change providers.

“My husband changed from Android to an iPhone yesterday at the Verizon store at 6874 S Broadway, Tyler, TX. He was very hesitant but he had begun to have unexplained problems and since I had been enjoyed "trouble free" iPhone usage, he decided to try it. He hasn't been using this new phone but about 24 hr now BUT.....he loves the ease in learning it. I think the transition was made easy for him because of the one-on-one personal interest in him and the expert knowledge that Kristion Harris, the Sales Person, shared with him - making him so at ease and comfortable in making this change. Kristion led him through literally everything! When we got home, we had a question still. We called the phone # that Kristion gave us and within seconds, Kristion had him going again very confidently. This particular Verizon store employs 2 other individuals who are patient, kind, and knowledgeable.......just like Kristion! They are Taylor and Sam.....if you ever are not able to grab Kristion. We'll always trade with this Verizon store! We like to be treated like we are important and our questions are not dumb!
