I stopped in to look at a used car that I saw online. I was just there to look, but Alex spotted me in the parking lot and convinced me to stay. I’m so glad I did. Everyone was so professional and kind and I wasn’t even buying a Mercedes. I definitely recommend Alex. He was really easy to talk to and didn’t make you feel like you were even dealing with the car buying experience. Let’s face, it’s a hassle to buy a car, but Mercedes made it easy!

Went with my parents yesterday to get license plate for their new vehicle, as well as the car washed. Definitely not up to par with other MB dealers with regard to those services. I had to hand dry the car myself after they washed it. Ridiculous, as the employees stood around watching me dry my parents' car after they washed it.
Otherwise, the dealership itself is newer and beautiful.
Products in their store were unimpressive compared to other MB dealerships. Buyer is not on her/his game for certain.
I am hopeful that this dealership will rise to the standards that MB has established worldwide, if anything, for my parents' sake. I have confidence that they will, as there are a number of team members who stood out in our visit. And all of them very friendly. So, it feels like the employees want to do a super job, yet haven't been adequately trained.
I will visit them again, and update this to be fair. I like give to a business 3 visits, generally, before writing a review like this.
MB simply demands a distinctive performance bar to be met.

Great experience! No pressure from the sales team. I got an amazing demonstration of the car I was looking at. Everyone was positive and pleasant to deal with.

Not from the area, but Grant took great care of me! Got a nail on the inner sidewall of my tire a day before a road trip. Although they didn’t have any in stock to replace the tire using the warranty, Grant got one delivered 10am the next day! I don’t know how he did it but he saved us just in time for a great vacation

The management team is FANTASTC ( Clint Smith, Matt Hampton, Cody Spurbeck are a great team), Brandon Stewart is an excellent salesman(goes the extra mile), Chris Dawson service writer exemplary, & Ashley Coxe best coffee in Tyler Texas!!!!!

The time I tried to buy a pre-owned Mercedes, the salesman didn't seem to even wanna deal! All I could hear was "your buying a Mercedes" like I was stupid! So I bought a 2024 Yukon Denali instead his loss

This place is so racist! I guess we looked like we couldn't afford the cars here since we was in scrubs today because they never came out to ask if we needed help but looked at us through the window looking at cars. Even the Hispanic lady couldn't get helped and long as we was there someone could and should came out. So we just left. BUT JUST KNOW YOUR FINANCING DEPARTMENT WASNT NEEDED FOR THE SALE

After 11.5 years of zooming the country with my 2012 C300, the time came for a new one. I was sad and stressed, but working with Sherrie at MB-Tyler was so effortless and smooth that it made me excited about getting a new car! Sherrie made sure I got what I wanted [and knew what I was getting]. Before I pulled out of the garage, Laura taught me how to use all the cool features (talk about a cool job Laura has). I know it's been awhile but It was truly my best car buying experience! Thank you all so much! Cheers to more miles ot luxury!

The worst dealership to have my maintenance done. The estimate time was 2 hours but I ended up spending 4 hours waiting. By the way they forgot to replace the key battery so I had to go back after 15 minutes I was on my way home
