Incredibly thankful to John and Mattress Firm! I had been in the hospital with severe back pain and was needing a new bed ASAP. I’d gone to another store and was told I’d have to wait 3 weeks for the bed I wanted and told some half-truths to get me to agree to buy unnecessary products. John set me straight with the facts and did not pressure me to make a decision. I’m getting the bed and adjustable foundation I want in two days instead of three weeks! I’m also saving money because I'm not buying things I do not need. I’m a huge fan of John for his integrity and patience. He impressed my stepmom too and will likely have an even bigger sale from my parents in the very near future. Thank you, John!
