I bought product from this store this past weekend and was not impressed by the customer service in the garden center. There was a young(ish) woman who didn't even answer my questions or try to be friendly. Seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and it was my fault lol...the two young men helped me load my purchase into my truck and did a great job, 5 stars for them!

I came here on Saturday, June 29 at opening time and asked for help finding a screw and bolt to fit a bipod i bought online. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and helpful, and the product he picked out for me worked out great. I really appreciated the great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a wall oven online 6days ago and it said that it would be delivered on June 25th 2024. I call Lowes directly to get a status on my order and they tell me it wont be delivered until June 26th 2024. I am selling my home. I am supposed to sign the house over to a new family on June 26th 2024. The only reason the oven was ordered so late was because we were waiting on our warranty company. I ask Lowes supervisor for alternative options and they practically blame it on me. She said I made the mistake by ordering it online, that they cant do anything about the ordered being delayed and she said that if it was maybe ordered 10 or 11 days ago they would give me some sort of discount but since its only been 6days ago that there is nothing she can do.
One thing i know about customer service is you dont blame it on the customer. Poor customer service and poor supervision!!!!
POOR POOR POOR!!!!
I will continue with going to Home Depot after this.

I go here fairly often and there are things they say they have multiples of but then dont actually have. Maybe just an inventory issue? The employees are pretty helpful and always thank you for shopping there. It could be better but nowhere is perfect.

I don't recommend curbside. It takes days for this store to pull an order. Home Depot is your best place for curbside.
