We use Lone Star for termite treatment on all of our new home builds and we have no complaints. They are very nice people who always help us out when we are in a bind. They do the job right the first time!

The owner is a crook and will take the cheapest products and expects his customers to pay high end price. The two techs he has on hand right now only want to work when they feel like it. If they are made to work they will ghost their stops saying that the customer either wasn't home or they didn't answer the door. The one tech he did have that worked their selves to the bone only to be given next to nothing for hours or run off due to the crookedness of the owner or the other two techs. I would never have this company do any of my pest control even if they were the last one in Tyler. The owner only cares about money and nothing else. Please I urge you to take your business else where that actually cares about their customers.
