When I went for my mask fitting Wendy assistant me. She was very informative regarding my options. She diligently worked with me to my satisfaction. 5* for her.
I was unable to make s connection with the web site for Lincsre and likewise for ResMed. I was informed that my device was transmitting and that was sufficient. 2* Web site and assistance for that

I have had to make several trips up to Lincare because of my mask issues. I also have made numerous phone calls for help. Kendra was exceptional. She treated me with respect, kindness and patience every time. Thank you Kendra for caring. Especially to us that are more "season" in age.

Excellent service excellent people skills. Every place that has rental or lease medical equipment is going to have problems from time to time the way they handle their problems is the main thing that puts them ahead of the other companies in this business. Thanks for taking care of business

Very unprofessional. Was too worried about selling machine instead of mask. I was told by my doctor they would explain all the mask and everything to me, but I was basically gave one option that would work and was told that they have other appointments ahead of me. Got ready to pay out and the lady disappeared for 10 minutes and then had another lady come in to ask me if I had a problem with the stuff and I said no I’m ready to pay out.still took another 20 minutes. I would not recommend this one please go somewhere else

My last order arrived quickly. That is, it was timely, but I received no cushions or facemasks. I use one once a month, it seem to always be out of new ones.

Very good experience. The lady I spoke with on the phone, Michelle, was very nice and helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my CPAP, and then when I came in, Dekendra was SUPER helpful, answered all my questions, and was overall just A+ service. I’ve never really interacted with a DME before, but Lincare has done me right so far!

So far, Lincare has been the best at customer service and I’ll have to come back in a month or so and see how it’s going.
