I was so happy to find a liberty tax location newly moved to Tyler and trusted these women to take care of me….. kennesha ensured me that I had nothing to worry about and helped me file my taxes, she put in wrong info for my employer, when brought to her attention she said it was fixed she sent the right info well still to this day the IRS has not given me my taxes based on this error I filed 8 months ago and Ms Janet said she would work with me to get it fixed and apologize on her behalf because she no longer works there for what Ms Janet stated but I have yet to even get a call or follow up….. I have been a liberty customer for 15 years and messed up and trusted the wrong office….. never have I ever been sent to additional review…… smh I will never return here and think it’s really wrong that nobody cares enough to help after there mistake….. spoke to IRS and was told without that mix up could had my refund with 21 days….. that was 194 days ago…..
