Trust-worth. Could have charged me for unnecessary repairs vs just plunging in the wiring harness that I accidentally pulled out. I thought it was going to be 500-700 but was only charged for 1/2 hour of labor.

After being given a $500-700 estimate for repairs, the mower was taken to my regular repair guy. He boosted it, started right up. Bought a new battery, and it runs fine....

Very nice people. My husband gets parts from them, and never has a problem there. The shop is a little hard to see, but worth looking for, definitely!

Spent $1200 .. was in the shop 3 straight months for the same oil leak problem, which was never fixed!! They always said it was fixed until I get it back 3 different times after mowing 20 to 30 minutes for the oil leak to reappear!!! I will take it to Rocquemore’s in Whitehouse to get it fix … don’t waste your time and money at this place

These folks have done a great job of repairing everything that I've brought them, including chain saws, a riding lawnmower and even a generator. While other places said it could be weeks to repair items, they got me right in. The owner is delightful. These folks know their stuff and will always have my business. I can't recommend them highly enough.

. . . I brought my Craftsman push mower here for repair three (3) weeks ago after my first attempt at a repairman fell through, claiming he could "only fix lawnmowers with a Briggs & Stratton engine" and the second repair shop down the road had customers backed up for weeks.(Lawnmower Pit Stop came as their recommendation.). . . Nevertheless, although communication with mechanic "Anthony" via text message was straightforward and to-the-point, I only wish they would've approached their service delivery and call-back times in the same manner. Initially, we were told via staff and shop owner "Maggie", that once a lawnmower is received, it would take 7-10 business days to make a formal diagnostic. Fair enough. --->>>Granted: Not to make the actual REPAIR, but to merely "diagnose it." Albeit in the last week-and-a-half, either I, or my mother, have had to call the shop to inquire of status, updates, etc; when we were informed that THEY (Lawnmower Pit Stop) would always initiate contact with the customer.. . . This past Tuesday, after already having had my Craftsman in their shop's possession for two weeks, my mother called - again - to inquire a second time as to "where our lawnmower was in its 'diagnostic' stages." Maggie, who appears to be a sweet lady, told her she would "push up" our lawnmower in line for an actual diagnostic . . . AFTER having it for two weeks. Finally, on Tuesday, we were given an official diagnostic as to what needed to be repaired, what parts were required and had to be purchased to make said repairs, etc; Naturally, I've had excellent lawn care from a professional service in interim whilst awaiting these repairs. Still, nothing beats having access to your own equipment.. . . Every business has its own policy and protocol depending on the service(s) they provide/offer. However, a customer also has the right to expect a repair, if in fact it can be repaired, in a reasonable amount of time. My Craftsman is due and scheduled for pick-up this Monday; which makes almost three (3) weeks they've had it in their possession. I find this to be rather lengthy and extensive.(How long would it have taken had our Craftsman not been "pushed up" in line?)Again, knowledgeable staff. But they MUST improve on (prompt) service delivery time from initial intake, to formal diagnostic and actual repair. Two stars.**UPDATE: There were promises continually made from owner "Maggie" that a new air filter could and would be purchased "within 24 hours" and all repairs would be completed this past Monday.(Air filter repair was diagnosed in the TWO WEEK diagnostic I waited for.). . . On the contrary, air filter was allegedly "on back order", and Miss Maggie didn't even have the common courtesy to text, call - NOTHING - in the five (5) days between Wednesday and Monday to alert us that this part was not available. (Last Wednesday being the final time we'd spoken to her in person.) Ultimately, I just decided to purchase an air filter off of Amazon and do the installation myself. There is NO sense of vigilance or honoring deadlines at Lawnmower Pit Stop.-- Dr. M. R.
