Super kind staff! I had to drug test for medical school and it was my first time so I was a little intimidated by the process but they explained everything clearly and helped me ensure I ordered the right test.

Hi, I work at this location and wanted to help everyone with our hours since google keeps changing them. I hope this helps everyone out, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience it has caused anyone. I have corrected it multiple times on here and some how it gets changed again. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch. Drug screens are done 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. I really hope this helps. :)

I drove over an hour to see the best phlebotomist, Tina , who went out of her way to comfort and soothe me as I have a history of fainting when my blood is drawn . Tina was so worth the trip and truly specializes in accommodating children or others who have a sensitivity to it . God bless Tina! I will be coming back to Tina again for any future bloodwork as she is truly appreciated….Thank you !!!!

Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Lab results haven't shown up on their web access site after 6 days. Sent an Email request for information 5 hours ago and no reply. Need these results for employment and terrible customer service is delaying progress!

I was very impressed by the lady that administered the drug screen for me. She was very helpful and friendly. Hated to waste her time, since I knew test was unnecessary, but I appreciate her very much. I wish you success!!

Such a nice clean place! Scarlett did such a great job! She was able to get my blood first time; others have said it’s hard to get my blood.I didn’t have an appointment, but I was in & done in like 5 minutes! 10/10

Each employee has been very helpful. I am here 4x a year and have yet to have a bad experience. Ms. Tina is the best draw I have ever had. All of my family have had a similar experience as well.

Extremely friendly staff. I made an appt online and it was a quick and easy process. I checked in 20 minutes before my appt time and was seen within five minutes. Highly recommend this location.

My daughter has an autoimmune disorder and has to have frequent bloodwork, and Mrs Tina always has done so good with her. She definitely knows what she’s doing. She makes the bloody draw quick and easy, it is definitely not a job that everyone can do, especially working with children. She has been such a blessing for us.

There was a front desk lady there that was rude from the first time I talked to her, she would make faces and rude remarks, then went and told all the people waiting I was being rude to her! She wasn’t helpful at all and tasted a lot of my time. There’s a sign behind the front desk that says “people are going through things you don’t know about, please be kind” I told her she needs to read the sign that they have hanging up. She told me she was the one who hung it up! Lol not surprising since she probably is rude to everyone and blames it on everyone else!
