It’s better when the older guy is at work …the other girls don’t greet you or tell you have a nice day 02/23/23 the Red head rung me up didn’t say hi or nothing not a peep smh….. then the girl with the braids with the ugly piercing LOUD on the phone terrible customer service everGO TOO SAVE MORE …. I should had but didn’t wanna drive but don’t shop here!!!

Id really hate to see this location close down. But the Disrespect your cashiers display to your customers is Appalling. I bought almost 50$ worth of lashes, I don't even want them after this experience. I cannot understand why this Store thinks its okay to treat Women with such hate.

First few times there alll they did was stare I believe the owner and wife.. Went back last week the two young girls were awesome, greeted us and help us pick out everything, I wish I had gotten a name , but don't lose her. Hard worker.

Visited here with my two daughters. Was not greeted upon entry. It was my first time here. I decided to visit after reluctantly running into the store stopping by the Little Cesar's a few doors down. There is a lot of selection to choose from. I was beyond frustrated that I wasn't asked if I needed any assistance as my kids and I were wondering around the store. I found what I was looking for. Was very hesitant to purchase anything but did because my daughter really wanted me to do her hair. Very interesting to have a place sell primarily black products but not offer the adequate customer service to properly accommodate the market their benefiting off of? I'm new to town, and very hesitant on returning from this experience. Will look for another similar store even though this one is convenient for my errands. The only reason I'm giving my review two stars is because the PRODUCTS I purchased were good. Customer service is huge to me bottom line. There were 2-3 employees working at the time we came in. I like to spend my dollar where I know it's appreciated and through this experience that I'm not sure of. Buyer beware.

Found this location reluctantly when I went to the neighboring Little Cesar's a few doors down. Decided to visit. When I first entered I was not greeted. There is a lot of selection here. A lot of hair choices to choose from no matter your hair journey/path. Nevertheless without any assistance, I was able to find what I was looking for. I was very hesitant to buy anything because I'm huge on customer service and literally had to find what I was looking for by myself, but I did for my daughter. She was the reason we were there and wanted her hair done. Very interested in visiting other similar stores to see if their customer service is more welcoming. I live to spend my money where I know my business is appreciated.This though my experience I wasn't made sure of. Buyer beware.
