I just had an amazing experience checking out at Kohls. Hyper checked me out. He was so friendly and courteous that I want to give him a huge shout out for great customer service. Thank you Hyper for such a pleasant experience.

I walked in the store on Sunday June 30th to make a payment of $100. No problem!
Then I went back on Tuesday July 2nd 2024 to do some shopping for my grandson and to make another payment on my account since I was there of $150.
The SUPERVISOR told me they didn't accept payments when clearly I had just made $100 payment 2 days prior. I told her that.
The guy that took my payment was at the register next to her and I asked her if he could take my payment and she said I'm the Supervisor so if it doesn't work for me it's not going to work for him.
So she clearly looked at me and lied right in my face. That pissed me off.
I'm not the type of person to argue so I came home and made $150 payment online when I clearly could have made it in the store.
I am a very loyal customer and I have been shopping there for many many years. She mentioned that I had the upgraded card which had nothing to do with it.
But long story short...she didn't take my payment.

Joseph was a really well mannered and service oriented employee who helped make our day. He gets 5 stars, the ?????????? that had us wait in line ???? ?-? minutes behind one guest haggling over prices gets less. Joseph came and opened another register to bring the line down, where the ?????????? failed.

Kohls has plenty of dresses that are not polyester. Polyester is extremely hot in the summer time as it does not breathe. Kohl has a great dressing room that is always open with plenty of mirrors in the dressing room. Beware of linen, it may look great on the hangers but it has to be ironed.

I LOVE Kohl's! It's always easy in & easy out, whether I find 1-2 things or a bunch! Staff is always so friendly and store is clean as a whistle; ANY time of day or night! I shop here often and plan to continue : )
