Used to be a regular, moved back and went in this morning for a pedicure.After it was started I saw a different shade of color I liked better.Pedicure was good but not Fantastic and when bill time came I was told $60!!Because I picked a gel color, but WAS NOT TOLD IT WAS AN ADDED CHARGE!I have NEVER PAID THAT MUCH HERE!Warning, get a price before work is done! Will not be back!!!!

First time at Kim's...Kim did an excellent job on my gel manicure and the neck and shoulder massage was a great bonus! Well worth going...I will be back!!

I’ve been going there for years. I went back to get a set if acrylic nails and the deluxe pedicure. No prices posted like they use to be. I asked for a clear tip and light pink powder. I’m reading on my phone and trusting what Kim is doing. I look up and she has dark pink powder on my nails already. I told her she didn’t put the right color on! She said we fix next time this color stronger. Needless to say they looked awful. Like pepto bismol chicklets! I was trying to be nice. Then the pedicure was mediocre. Her sister left the dry callous on one foot that I actually went in there over. I go to pay and it was over $100.! I was so disappointed. I called about 3 days later after my co workers laughed at the nails. I went back in and she acted mad and put on what I originally asked for. She made them so thin the thumb cracked that day! I’m tired of paying ppl to do mediocre work. They think they can get away with this because I’ve gone there for so long. I hear there’s a lady at Salon Boutique that does great work!Services: Pedicure

What a WONDERFUL mani-pedi! New in town, I searched for nail salons near me with good reviews, and found Kim's. A friendly, helpful voice answered the phone and gave me the appt I requested. I had a marvelous tech, who gave me the best foot and leg massage EVER. Just an awesome pedicure experience with the sweetest lady. I asked for a simple manicure and received not only a stellar hand massage and heated hand warmers, but a neck, back, and shoulder massage as well. Just bliss. This is an unassuming, quiet, clean, and comfortable shop with outstanding service and reasonable prices. Exactly what I was looking for--and I cannot wait to go back. A real find.

I went to Kim’s after VIP did horrible the past few times, all I wanted was a manicure. It was an okay experience. The guy who did my nails didn’t say one word to me, and kept getting distracted by whatever Video he was playing on his phone. He still did a good job on my nails, just no communication. Anyways they told me my total was $40 and I tipped 5. I checked my account and there was a $54 charge on my account so I thought maybe the numbers got flipped. So I called and she kept telling me my total was 45 and not 40 so they added the $5 tip to the $45 cost. Anyways, they couldn’t explain the extra four dollars if that was the case. Just very unsatisfied with how I was told my total was $40, authorized $45 as my charge and get charged more with hardly an explanation. Wont go back.Service: Manicures
