Every single time I walk into this store most of the girls look irritated and do the bare minimum to help (they honestly only ask if need help if u are WT and well put together ) it’s not that hard to put a smile on ur face especially if ur getting paid to do it

I came to this store unexpectedly to return an item I had purchased from another Kendra Scott store that I had a horrible experience at. The two ladies were so helpful and were also so attentive. I made several requests to see items from the back and they seemingly had no problem although I'm sure it was a pain lol
I was on my way home from a business trip but would shop there regularly if I lived closer!

I recently needed help and communicated with this store by email and then by phone. They were extremely helpful. My email was answered very quickly and the woman I talked to on the phone was very professional. They helped me place an order and it arrived quickly thereafter. I look forward to visiting this location the next time I’m in the Tyler area.

As a guy I'm not great with jewlery stores. But I have percings and needed some new earring. They where very helpfull and made sure I got the right sizes. You can try thing on to make sure you like them. The offered maney peices that guys would wear and at a price that seemed fair to me for the quality. I bought 3 paires of earring that the people there help me pick out 2 were suggestions. And yes I planned on getting 3 paires when I walked it. The people where didn't try and pressure or force a sale. Will definatly be going back when I'm ready for my new sets.

I love when I have the opportunity to go to Kendra Scott in Tyler! The ladies that work there are fantastic and so helpful. They're never pushy and always help me find exactly what I'm looking for (sometimes more). Ask for Ashley, she'll make sure you're taken care of!

My grandaughter and I were in the store yesterday browsing and this very kind young man greeted us. Offered to help us try on jewelry and mentioned the semi-annual sale. We continued to walk around and ask a few questions and. This extremely nice lady came out. They both asked key questions. Delivered EXCELLENT customer service and we bought a necklace for my grandaughter. I left feeling like a million bucks! It’s so refreshing knowing that as a customer you matter and my 13 year old granddaughter will always remember that! I think his name was Jamal. Hers I did not catch but I believe she is the manager. Great job Kendra Scott for having delivered a memorable experience and I will be back🩷

Customer service was amazing, specifically Haley S. She is an absolute shining light with the most kind spirit, her energy was felt as soon as I walked through the doors! She was so helpful in finding me what I was looking for and making sure the fit was perfect. She was very knowledgeable of the store promotions and styles that were available. It is very rare to find this type of customer service nowadays. She is amazing, I will be back to shop here because of her!

I was asked to go by and do a review so I did I was acknowledged by friendly faces and smiles immediately upon walking in the door they have beautiful sensual inspiring jewelry and now perfumes for men and women and the prices are reasonable based on the product I will go back as a paying customer I have my eye on a piece that's definitely gonna accentuate my skin color I highly recommend for someone looking for that one gift that shows exactly how you feel about that person????

I have always enjoyed coming into the Kendra Scott store located in Tyler TX and I usually have a wonderful experience shopping there. The service has typically been great which made it a pleasant experience to shop there. However, I went into the store recently(During my birth month just to browse to see if I could find a piece I liked to use my discount)and I was dissatisfied with the customer service it was Dec. 14, 2023)Their employees seemed aloof and not very attentive to the customers. When I asked one of the workers for some assistance she was short and seemed irritated to be bothered with me. I noticed other customers seemed to be unhappy as well. The employees were just talking amongst themselves and we were not being attentive to the customers. I eventually, left after looking around for a little bit because the atmosphere was unpleasant. I love shopping at Kendra Scott. Maybe, it was just an off day for the shop because of the busy holiday season, but it was severely disappointing and underwhelming shopping there this time around.

Fun jewelry store with friendly helpful staff. They have a nice atmosphere and selection. There are options where you can customize your jewelry which is fun. They have a great birthday discount so make sure to sign up for that.
