So my complaint is about the service center. I had a some new headlight assemblies put in and they are pointing at the ground which makes it terrible to try and see at night. I payed 150$ and now when I asked them to adjust they want me to schedule and pay again because they didn’t do it right the first time. Also my brakes have been squeaky so I called and the first time I got told it was my new pads and not to worry. I asked again when I got my headlights done and they said they greased the calipers and now they are telling me they see grooves and I need to pay to bring it in for the brakes. I have tried to be patient and take care of these things with the help of jd byrider service center. Today though I walk away upset and with terrible headlights and squeaky brakes!

DONT NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️I put a down payment down (1200) the car ran good for the first day.. the very next day I had transmission fluid every.. it car had to get a new motor that took a month to replace and I WAS STILL HAVING TO PAY MY NOTE.. got the car out the shop and the next day again.. The Alternator went out.. The VERY NEXT DAY OUT THE SHOP.. I spent 700 on replacing it myself since it took them a month last time.. then the car still having problems it dies on me out of nowhere very frequently.. and they're still asking for payments on a vehicle I've only driven few days after it's been in and out of the shop since the day I got it.. I gave it back to then because there're unwilling to work with you on a situation like that and they only want you money after they get your Money you're on your own buddy .. GOOD LUCK BUT STAY AWAY❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

The salesman are GREAT , but service could have a little improvement. You trust your car dealership because of course why not & you pay an arm and a leg not really knowing what is even wrong with your car . Hint because I’m NOT a mechanic so me trusting there word and now having to pay just for the problem not to be fixed then I get told to drop my car off so I won’t drive it and mess it up more when I just paid my car note yesterday. Why would I do that if I NEED IT , that’s why I purchased the car. I’ve been years without . My son has to attend games out of town I’ve worked to hard to get this car to not be able to drive it. That is not an option!! Service don’t call back when they say . I pay my car note on time if not it’ll be repo. Never had alignment issues until I took it to get fixed Now Im being told it’s probably from something that happened prior that was there before I took it in to get fixed . If that would be a reason that my car will still be messed up I would have waited . I wanted all my lights off not to start having alignment issues. Please do better service . I can’t dictate when the weather will take place or storms . So somehow a tree branch hit my car . That shouldn’t be why I’m having alignment issues . I just don’t understand . Overall great salesman here by far . Matt was the best . Thanks again . I don’t regret getting a car here I just wish service would help more & explain . Because what even got fixed before hand . ??♀️??♀️??

Very disappointed. While getting into the car was a fast friendly experience. I have had the car 4 months. It spent the past week in the shop. I had to reach out for information on my car. 2 weeks after my purchase my headliner fell. As pictured this is how they fixed it. $18,000 for a car that is not worth it. For that price I expected a lot better

Byrider in Tyler is an amazing place to find a car. I would like to give a special thanks to Matt, Nery, and Jessica for being so wonderful and amazing and being very helpful in getting me into a reliable and beautiful car. I know that they were taking a big risk because I had less than perfect credit so for them to help me out I'm very appreciative of that. The first face you see is Matt and he is excellent at his job. Everyone at each station was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire setup is awesome. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with my salesman Matt taking amazing care of me and helping out thru a very tough time, had recently lost the only mode of transportation and he helped get me into a new car that suited all my needs! I had bought my previous SUV from JDByrider.
Coming back, and working with Matt Milling as my Sales Associate , the young man who did my interview ( I can't remember his name ), Jessica Spivey as my Finance Manager, and the rest of General Manager Jeremy Roger's team was top notch.
