I made an online order. Went to the store to pick up and went to the "online order" line/area. I was told that I needed to get in the other line with everyone else. I made a comment of, 'What is the point of the online Line/areas. Another lady entered and was told the same thing. She made the same comment as well. When I finally reached the front of the line, the young lady went and brought Monica from the back, and she tended to me. She already looked annoyed and hollered out,"Who has an online order?" Another customer who was standing at the online order line raised her hand and said to me. Me & the other customer and I explained we had been waiting a whule already, and Monica annoyingly asked me to step forward. She was rude and dry. The other customer left, and the employee that made us get in line talked about that customer to Monica about having to get online. ? very rude and disrespectful to talk about customers in front of another customer.

James Avery has become the only jewelry I wear. I appreciate the quality, great craftsmanship and graceful beauty of each piece that I have purchased or received as a gift. That said I most of all love that they were founded on Christian values and they continue to be a wonderful successful company. Every single piece of my jewelry has a beautiful loving reason for being purchased which also comes along with a wonderful story of my life that I am more than happy to share, and have shared many times. ?

Me and my sister have always bought from here weather it’s in person or online and this one time we went together to go pic up my mom first bracelet and 3 charms and the lady refuse to give us the stuff just because we were asked for DL we were so confused because we had never been asked for that and we had both fg our id and we had gotten dropped off from our parents I blv even the manager was rude and I can tell all the girl employees were laughing and tlk smack

I love the jewelry, the store is nice and clean, the employees are respectful. That being said, the jeweler who attaches the charms to the bracelets did a very sloppy job with the soldering, and did not polish the jewelry when finished. Disappointed.

Great store with respectful employees. My only complaint is that it's so small that it always seems packed. And if there are lots of people trying to line up, it can get chaotic.
