I recently had my engine oil changed. Shortly after that I backed up in my yard, in a driving rain. I heard a scraping noise, I looked under my Honda Insight to find this engine cover wadded up under my car. The car is 4.5 inches off the ground so I had to beat the aluminum cover out from under the car in order to move it. Come to find out, the mechanics have to remove this cover to change the oil??? So it only makes sense they did not put it back on correctly. I'm sure they will want me to pay for another one. Their fault........

Service Center has been good but have never been able to buy a car here as they do not give fair trade in values and not willing to give much on their sticker prices. Have had great experiences elsewhere buying Hondas.

My wife Athena and I are very happy with service provided by Jack O’ Diamonds. Our 2008 Honda Fit (nicknamed “The Champ”) is now over 230,000 miles and continues to run strong thanks to Service Manager Cory and his outstanding team.Dinorah (Service Writer) was, once again, an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s always so very personable, professional, and truly on the ball with repair status updates.I’ve thanked you personally Cory, but it just never seems like enough. Keep up the great work, and stay cool!

I own Hondas for more than 30 years. Unfortunately the customer service has gone down and down. I took my truck for service today and the girl who attended me, was very rude. I do t know how they get hired. They feel like movie stars and act like they were giving you a favor. I should had asked for Andy. He is great!

Always the Best Honda Dealership Ever in Texas. Prople are very Nice and never oversell anything. Prices are very reasonable. The Lounge is clean and have snacks, coffee. My default dealership for Honda Service.

Their service department has the worst time management. I've ever seen at a dealership. If you call their service manager Corey. All he'll do is give u excuses. As to why they can't keep people or bring on new service technicians. If yall were going to keep my car for 3 days. After telling me. It would be done by the end of the day. I should have been notified, but I get a call less then an hour before you close to tell me they dont know when it will be done. So I called and talked to GM. Got a call afterwards from Corey(their service manager)with more excuses as to why. His department couldn't have it ready in that time frame. As well as him telling me. I could always go somewhere else. Well your right I can, and I will. I'll also make sure to let everyone I know to avoid you like the plague! I've never had to deal with a dealership with such bad time Management problem. Then just to be met with excuses, rude behavior, and lack of communication. I've also reached out to friends and family. Who have bought from JOD. Their sales department sounds shady as well.

Never wish to deal with this dealer again. My husband and mother in law went to purchase our vehicle after our lease expired. Sat there for 4.5 hours signed all of our new contract paperwork and as we are about to leave they say our car that we just purchased from them would not pass inspection for tire tread. It was ridiculous and a scam trying to get us to buy 3 new tires for $538I fought tooth and nail and guess what they finally gave us a passed inspection. They knew they were in the wrong but pushed me to get assertive before they would give me our inspection and temp tag

We had a long day of car shopping at other places when I remembered that the new Honda Pilot would be big enough to fit our family of 6. We stopped in at Jack O’ Diamonds and purchased our new car within the next hour. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Sam for helping us out!

Purchased our first Honda from JOD about 2 months ago. Great experience purchasing. I would highly recommend working with Clay. He was great through the whole process. We felt it was very low pressure and just a pretty relaxing experience. I even brought my mom back in a month ago for her to test drive a few different vehicles. We dealt some with Travis on the used car side and Clay again with new. Both guys are great - not pushy just very laid back.

Both Joe's were great in helping me find a vehicle that fits my budget and a payment plan I can afford. No BS selling, they are upfront, honest, and reliable people. I've been to Jack O Diamonds abt 3 times now and everytime I get great, down to earth service with any of the salespeople!

I want to say big ups to jack of diamonds I bought this car from Chris and man suck a nice guy. Me and him clicked a lot I could tell big prayers to your daughter also. But car is great and paperwork was fast and easy. Sure is my car has no recalls and when they found one they also dig up stress I’ll be doing more work with you in the future.

I am very torn about writing this review, but here goes. I bought a used Honda and had to replace some parts. They were very helpful over the phone ordering the parts and let me know on time when the parts came in. In person service was great also. Five stars for that.What irks me to no end though is when you call and are forced to leave a voice message and their greeting states that they would "return your call as soon as possible" and they NEVER do. This happened every time I called the service department. The first time it happened, I called twice and left messages without ever hearing back We are talking about a coupe of days between calls. Then I decided to use the Contact Us link on the website and received a call back within a couple of hours. I wrote that off as an anomaly - maybe phones were down or messages did not go through.Well, it happened again. A week ago I called and had to leave a message, which I did. Never heard back. Today I decided to call again and was directed to voicemail. Nope, not doing it again, so I just kept calling until someone answered. Once they do answer, they are always very nice and helpful. Are they perhaps just not paying attention to the voice messages?? If not, please remove the voicemail feature completely and rather direct people to your website or have them keep calling until someone answers.

1 Oil change2 hours.No lie.10 am to 12 pm on a monday.Awful.If I have access to the tools I can change oil in my other vehicle in 15 minutes.Update: after dropping the car off at 10AM they have officially driven the car back for the oil change at 12:15 pm so lets see how long its in for.Update: 12:34pm I am free!The management should be embarrassed.Update!"Response from the owner 22 minutes agoJ, I wanted to contact you direct however after looking through all of our RO's from Monday Im not finding one with your name. For the record our average turn around time for oil change including a multipoint inspection and car wash is around 30 minutes give or take. We have two lifts that stay busy most of the day 6 days a week Monday's normally being our busiest day. If yours took two hours that could only mean we had several customers in front of you. At any rate Im not understanding how we could have taken yours back at 12:15 and we drove it up at 11:34. I'll assume you have your times confused. After looking through your other reviews I see you've given every car dealership you've reviewed a one star as well. No shame here. If you'd like to discuss feel free to come by or give me a call Jerry Jones General Manager."Now I am unsure how he was going to look up my appointment without my full name? And then casts doubt on my experiance and then says that I have given every other dealer a bad review -which is one other ford dealerfor damaging my truck- all without an apology and then saying "No shame here" the Average for an oil change might be 30 minutes, but I wouldnt know.I have reached out to Jerry Jones and I am waiting on a call back.UPDATE:2 weeks later and still no call back from leaving message on Jerry's voicemail.I will just leave the review on the dealership so we can try and make some headway ?.Stay tuned.
