We needed new chairs for our living room. Our neighbors had nice furniture that was wearing well from Ivan Smith so I chose the store based on that. Our sales person at Ivan Smith really listened to our needs and helped us find the right chairs. We are very happy with our purchase and experience.

I have had a HORRIBLE 5 month experience with Lazyboy. I was attempting to get new furniture. Needles to say it left me "burnt" and fearful as to going out and starting all over again searching for furniture.
I started to look on Ivan Smith's website, I saw what might interest me, called the store, spoke with Kelly Davis WONDERFUL helpful Sales lady went above and beyond answering my questions and gave me recommendations and encouraged me to come and look at the products. I also used the text system as well with Kelly Davis again very helpful. I went in two days later on a Sat. and Kelly was kind enough to show me the furniture we discussed, she was patient with showing me around and trying out various pieces. Within the 2 hours there I purchased a lovely power recliner and couch for a lot less money then elsewhere, and then Kelly said I could have it delivered on the following Tuesday if that is okay with me. I was shocked, and so pleased it could happen so quickly. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I will be back!
The delivery happened on Tuesday morning as promised, THANK YOU ...no mistakes, no errors and no change in delivery dates there were 3 pleasant kind gentlemen (Shawn Williams, Ben Rochor & Degaryion Bell) they carried in all the furniture, placed it where I wanted it and hooked it all up and cleaned up all the packing debris. They even asked if I would need anything else before they left. WOW this is the place to shop at folks. You will not be disappointed I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ivan Smith Store for ALL of your furniture needs. Blessings Carol
