I called about a screen for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and was told it was $169.99 but they would take $10 off and give a screen protector, after bringing it in they later tell me it’s actually $129, so after I leave my girlfriend gets a call saying I was told the wrong price and it’s 169 with no discount or screen protector then after I brought up that I was offered a discount they asked me to wait a second and then told me they would still do the same deal ($10 discount and screen protector) which I agreed on and they said it would be ready in 45 mins to a hour so I agreed hung up, after 2 hours I go to get my phone without a call from them or anything, when I arrive they not only did not give me the $10 off they also tried to charge me for a screen protector that I was told would come free, then when I question what happened the lady at the register said she was beside the guy I talked to on the phone and said that he never agreed to do that yet I have a witness that said fight beside me and heard it, eventually the lady took the screen protector price off and brought it down to $182 after tax, this place is a scam and will price gouge you any way they can or lie to you to bring in customers and then up charge you, I called multiple other phone stores and priced the same screen and at 6 other stores, 5 in Tyler, and the one in Henderson all of which never got higher then $130 after tax, will never go here and will definitely recommend people stay as far as they can from this, my phone screen is fixed but this is not a $50 dollar difference
