I can ALWAYS find the battery I need. Jeremy and Stevie and the rest of the crew are always very helpful and take care of me whether its a car battery, trailer battery, watch battery or a new battery for a car key fob.....they always come through!!

Went there to have a battery installed in my Camero which in the trunk an very hard to get to but the guys where very professional about taking the floor an side.panels out of trunk an putting in a new battery, they have also installed battery in my GMC Denali pick up as It is more complicated cause all the electronics, battery price is fair but not cheap but there install price is a fair price as well,waS well pleased

Friday 11/3/23 I stopped by to drop off 3 used car batteries. It's been customary that car batteries when returning have a core return that's worth anywhere from $4 to $10 depending on where you go. I walked in and let the attendant know I had 3 batteries. He grabbed a dolly and came to my truck where I helped load them onto his dolly. His response once loaded was, "Thank you! That will be all." I looked at him for a second to make sure he was actually not going to pay me. That was his intent.. I asked him if they are still giving a core fee since I've been there in the past and knew this. His response was "It's not really worth it. It's only $4 per battery." He actually wanted me to leave without being paid. I informed him that $4 per battery times 3 was $12 and would buy "my" lunch and not "his".. I have no doubt I'm not the first this has happened to.I give them zero stars but in order to post this I had to give at least 1 star. I won't be using this store anymore..I keep seeing in your response to these negative comments that you can't find any record of their visits. There hasn't been a time I've been in their store that my driver's license wasn't asked for and recorded per my purchases as well as other customers I'm sure.

Unfortunately my AGM batteries were prematurely worn due to me not knowing to switch my inverter to gel cell when I had installed them. The guys at Intrastate in Tyler also made me a new jumper cable. I anticipate years of dependable use from my new wet cells now that I have a better understanding of how to maintain them. Thanks Interstate.

Best place in town for batteries. They have hard to find products. Search all over town, but you'll still come back to interstate. The guys were very helpful and found me exactly what I needed.

They were very helpful in getting what I thought was a bad battery, recharged and reconditioned. They also told me what to look for that may have caused the battery to go down to just 2 volts in the first place. They then offered to have me bring the car by to see if the alternator was recharging the battery. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and did it with a smile.
